In particular, on 08/29/24 I booked a car at Minsk airport for the 2nd day. At the same time, the car was needed only for 1 day, but taking into account the fact that there is not always carsharing at the airport, I decided to do it in advance while the car was in the parking lot.
The car was booked, the payment was completed. But when I tried to activate the daily rental, a message appeared that I was too far from the car.
At 19:00, I contacted the support service. I received the first reaction only at 19:50, and all this time the car was already in a paid reservation.
According to the results of the "assistance provided", after almost 1.5 hours, which the car was still in a paid reservation despite the fact that the rent was paid for 2 days, I was informed that they could not help in any way. At the same time, there was no answer to my question where exactly it is indicated how many meters from the car I should be when booking.
In general, the desire to use this service at least some day has decreased to zero.
I used this service for six months, everything is generally not bad, if you close your eyes to the fact that the cars are almost all dirty, there is garbage inside, there is almost never liquid in the wipers, the mechanism for regulating the side windows in many cars is broken and there is no way to adjust for yourself, the music volume control button is also broken in almost every second car, fortunately it is possible to decrease/increase the volume on the steering wheel. Until today, I used it steadily, as it was convenient to travel on some business. In the morning, a notification came from the application, allegedly a fine and the money was immediately debited. I received an email stating that a speed violation was recorded, but it did not specify exactly where the violation was recorded, and the time of the violation coincides with the time of the end of the rental of this car. I contacted support, not only were they rude, they did not give an answer, they charged 2.5 basic allegedly for the violation, they said they would additionally receive a letter from the traffic police, according to which they would still need to pay for the violation. By the way, nothing came to me from the traffic police, I paid for an imaginary photo fixation. Then they began to claim that I had previously been charged with speeding violations, although this is the first time. In general, I do not advise at all, it is better to choose HELLO, there are comfortable, clean cars and communication with support is as pleasant as possible. And here they are just looking for something to rip off money for..I advise you to delete this service and not use their services

I recently encountered an unpleasant situation with one of the carsharing companies. After the trip, I was presented with claims about damage to the car, although I was not the culprit. They said that they would have to charge me 910 rubles (2 * 7 b.v. for two bumper parts + 350 rubles for hiding from the scene of an accident). To figure it out, I turned to a lawyer, who helped me understand how to act correctly and what could threaten me. As a result, it turned out that according to the contract, the maximum that I can be charged is a fine for not taking photos of the car before the start of the trip, and even then it is insignificant.
When I contacted the company's representatives, the conversation turned out to be not particularly constructive: the employee was rather lecturing and giving allegories than helping to solve the problem. I explained that I had already consulted with a lawyer, and that, in fact, the situation was far-fetched. In the end, it turned out that the damage was caused by a previous user, and I'm not in any danger.
I would like the company to take a more responsible approach to solving such issues and pay attention to the real facts, rather than trying to create stress for the client.

I AM SURE 99.9% OF PEOPLE WILL NO LONGER WANT TO USE THE ANYTIME SERVICE. I'll start with the fact that all cars are killed, all have 100k + mileage, boxes are kicked, cars are not repaired after minor accidents, the cabin is always dirty, there is always something missing (mats, first aid kits, for example, etc.). I've booked another Volkswagen Polo. When I approached the car, I noticed that externally it has many small defects (mainly scratches and chipped paint) that were not fixed in the application before me. Despite the fact that I was in a hurry, I walked around the car out of habit and took pictures of all the defects that caught my eye. I drove for 30 minutes, parked neatly near the house, took a picture of the car from 4 sides according to established habit and completed the lease. Everything is as usual.
- The next day, a specialist from Anytime calls me and informs me that there is a slight damage to the rear bumper on the car I rented and directly hints at my guilt, saying that the damage is not visible in the photos "Before" the trip, but in my photos "After" it is.
- In perplexity, I answer the specialist that this cannot be, because during the trip there was no accident, there was no impact on any static detours (you can't help but feel this when the bumper is wrinkled), that I always drive carefully and in general, during the entire trip, I never backed up, except for parking at the end near the most ordinary curb (which is well below the level of the rear bumper).
- In response, I hear from an employee, "I don't know anything. Here in the photo, your bumper is fine at the beginning, and at the end of the lease you can see the damage."
- I replied that I wanted to look at my photos to figure out what was going on, and said that I would call this employee's number back.

I carefully review the photos taken after the rental 3 times. I see the wonderful condition of the rear view of the car. Clean, shiny, sparkling as much as the reflection of the houses is visible and once again I wonder what the problem is. I let 4 people see my photos to make sure that I didn't miss something. 3 out of 4 do not notice anything under magnification, 1 out of 4 noticed some "possible" irregularity from below, where the bumper ends, and it was not clear if it was a glare, a hole or everything was fine. I look at my photos "Before" and realize that I do not have a photo of the rear projection of the car ... Because before renting, I took pictures of the damage I noticed, then the photos were only 3 projections: left, front and right. In which, in profile, the bumper naturally looked like a whole one, because there was no right angle for the damage to be visible.
As a result, I unsuccessfully try to call the employee many times on different days. Every time I hear that "The line is overloaded." This was followed by a week-long trip abroad and on my return I see that 600 rubles have already been debited from my card without permission and warning. I call technical support, explain the situation, I want to understand why the money was withdrawn at all (at least the photos showed the breakdowns). The operator replies that he will give the information to a specialist and he will contact me. I ask "When?". The answer is "Today." Since then, 3 days have passed and no one has contacted anything.
It feels like I've been the victim of a real scam. My advice is: do not use this service, even if you think that "everything is fine with it." I thought so myself and lost the money.

All they said was that it was our problems and our fault. They returned only 3.17 rubles.
With the second car, the situation is even "better" - everything turned off in the middle of the road (both the turn signals, the steering wheel, the music, and the emergency light did not turn on. The gas pedal did not work, the car barely rolled to a stop, after which it stopped starting. I did not receive any adequate response from the support, but only accusations against myself.
If you don't want to waste your time and nerves, choose another carsharing service.
On February 25, I rented a car 9263, at the end of the trip I bought a package for 1 hour and kilometers that were not counted in the previous overspending. After a few minutes, the lease was completed, in fact, the package bought for 36 + rubles burned down. The support staff does not want to refund the funds for it, nor to set off the trip. I constantly used this carsharing service, wrote and called the company, but apparently, by definition, they lack any loyalty to regular customers. Thank you for the "excellent service", there is no longer a desire to use your services on such bonded terms. I hope, after reading the review, the company's employees will contact me and offer solutions to the issue so as not to go to court further. Be careful when using the services of such companies, carefully study the clauses of their favorite accession agreement. We protected ourselves where we could, but the client was wrong in the end.
