Pros: convenient application, fixed tariff, lots of cars.
Minus: the car park is the bottom, cars are often dead rugs (a broken radio, garbage in the car), BMW is generally dark (they came from Russia, smoked and with a dead / burnt-out interior), poor support.
Parked on the territory of the Park City residential complex, marked green in the application. There is a sign at the entrance asking not to park, there are NO barriers, because there are shops and restaurants on the ground floors of the houses, one of which I arrived at. While I was having lunch, they called from an unknown number, said they couldn't get through (no one, of course, called), I put the car under the barrier and the next client had problems leaving. All objections that the application has a green zone, there is no barrier (because how did I get there if the territory is closed), I can provide a photo, were ignored by the operator, fortunately they issued a warning for the first time.
I have skated on this KSH since its appearance many times, but after such communication with support, the desire to use it has faded, fortunately there are already enough other services with the best fleet in Minsk, I will give priority to them.
