Despite its big name and having "international accreditation" in this institution, there is absolutely no service from the laboratory employee, who in fact had to provide a service agreement, but instead began sending me to print out the contract and fill it out myself, citing the fact that she did not have time. I categorically do not recommend being a Customer of this institution!
