Be prepared that your reservation may be canceled at the last moment and you will stay sleeping outside. We booked this hotel through Booking on July 24 and made full payment for the accommodation, after which we received confirmation of a successful booking. A few hours later, at night, the hotel suddenly decided that the offer from the booking was not profitable for them and offered us to cancel our reservation on our own (with the full risk of losing all our paid funds, since their policy at the booking is not to refund a single ruble for canceling the reservation to the client). The most interesting thing is that while we were trying to figure out the issue through Booking support, the hotel started writing us threats and ultimatums that they had no customers because of us and that they would not refund our money.
