For 3 nights of stay, they took 60 BYN of the resort fee, which is simply illegal. Breakfast is delivered only from 9 (!!!) mornings, dinners until 21:00, the menu does not change, the same thing every day. Once they just forgot, I had to remind them. We paid for the breakfasts and lunches of the first day, but they were never delivered. There is a Jacuzzi, thank you. Purely for fun, I tried to fill it. In an hour, it filled up by 10%, i.e. it takes about 10 hours to use it! There is no bedside table, there is no wardrobe, things were placed on the windowsill. Together, the lamp is stupidly a light bulb on a wire, generally flying away. In the toilet, the fan is crackling like a tractor, a night trip to the toilet = wake up everyone around. Toilet paper in apartments that position themselves as 4* is the cheapest roll in Alaska. Parking is not convenient, you have to call the owner to open the barrier. So it's 300 meters from the taxi stop. The reviews here are frankly screwed up.

The apartments themselves are very nice. There is everything you need: a bed, a bath, a toilet and a kitchen. The Jacuzzi is located directly opposite the bed (who cares?). There is one mirror on the toilet door, it is impossible to look at it in full height. The jacuzzi functions did not work. Not far from the Molodezhnaya metro station in one direction, Pushkinskaya in the other. And it's not far from the center.

Softly laid - hard to sleep! No human attitude, they asked about an apartment with a Jacuzzi when talking on the phone, booked, arrived at 22.40, gave a fee of 165p, which was expected to spend the night in good conditions, relax in the Jacuzzi, relax and sleep!
It was very cold, the tiles on the floor were icy, I wanted to turn on the air conditioner for heating, somehow to make it more comfortable, there was no remote control from the air conditioner at all, I called and asked what I was refused, they say it's 15 degrees outside, what kind of air conditioner, I started setting up the smart TV as stated in the ad, turn on at least some movie, there are only mistakes, the Internet did not load a bad TV like that!
The last point of impatience was that the Jacuzzi did not work, it was not even possible to relax, they say, after 22.00 it is impossible to use the hydromassage to turn on the Jacuzzi, although initially the request was that an apartment with a Jacuzzi was needed, but I did not warn either by phone or upon arrival when transferring money that it would not be possible to use it! After all this, I wanted to move out, after half an hour in this room! To which the person did not compromise or engage in dialogue in order to resolve any misunderstandings! There was a refusal to refund any amount!
Result
Minus 165p for half an hour of stay
And a spoiled mood!

It's time to leave your impression of these apartments.
First of all, where are the 5 stars from?! Are the friends and acquaintances of the owner writing here? Yandex, pay attention to the accounts.
I want to note the moments because of which I would not advise anyone to stay here, we lived in room 3:
- the Jacuzzi simply does not work! In a terrible, dirty, rusty state.
- jacuzzi without any panorama, but just in the corner of the room!
- there is no shower/bathtub in the room, so the Jacuzzi is generally a place to swim.
- there is absolutely no place to put your things, cosmetics. There's not even anywhere to put a toothbrush, as the mini sink has no sides. Instead of a closet / chest of drawers, there is only a vertical rack and 5 hangers, which barely stands on its legs.
- there were no teaspoons in the room, just a set of dishes that were left or someone forgot something.
- a refrigerator in which the freezer is completely filled with ice
- the bed linen was just lying on the bed and had to be made by ourselves
- the blanket was one and super small, for one person, it was good that there was a blanket in the car.
- there were only 2 shampoos in 5 days that someone forgot and soap in the toilet.
- Attention! There is air conditioning, but the remote control is provided for an additional fee of 500 rubles per day. Fortunately, it was fresh outside and we slept with the windows open.
- there is no place to dry things, there is no chair/hanger/dryer. The smell of dampness is everywhere.
Positive :
a closed courtyard, if you are driving, you can leave the car and not worry about it;
Location, 10 minutes walk to the metro, 40 minutes walk to the center

Back in the 90s. More for parties than for family vacations. Check-in time is 14:00, although it is not written anywhere about it. Overall it's clean, but the furniture/plumbing/dishes are dead. Linen and towels from the laundry room. Breakfast arrives on delivery - a hearty "English breakfast".

A lot of housing is available for rent at this address on a daily basis. We booked a room almost two months in advance to celebrate the new year in Minsk. What was indicated in the advertisement of this institution and in reality is heaven and earth. In simple words, this is a hostel in an apartment building with old furniture, complete unsanitary conditions and paper walls (the audibility of all the neighbors is just perfect). There may be no parking space, check-in under the barrier in the courtyard of the house (there are a lot of cars). Bed linen and towels are not changed, there are also no promised breakfasts (the breakfasts are ordered from the food ordering service). Once again, this is not a hotel, but a hostel.

The service is no good, there is no sound insulation in these "temporary accommodation cells" at all. I was with my wife, it felt like all the neighbors were in our bedroom and grunted in our ear. A neighbor can be heard hiccupping behind the wall. The Jacuzzi is dirty, it doesn't work after 22. In general, I do not recommend it.

I strongly do not recommend it!!! Lived from 05/29 to 30.05 cost 7,100 rubles of the Russian Federation. This is not a hotel, but several apartments divided into apartments! The toilet bowl had traces of previous tenants!!! The bathroom is dirty! A place where cutlery with leftover food is stored! The bed is not made - they threw me a bag with yellowish linen and said that because of covid they do not make up! Instead of pillows , some crumpled pancakes ! The furniture is the cheapest that probably exists. The mattress is hard! The toilet paper is brown, of disgusting quality. The roll is not new!I had the temerity to buy accommodation with breakfast ! So, it turns out that their breakfast is delivered by a courier! And at a time that is convenient for him ! I don't care that you need to leave at 7, the courier will arrive at 9 plus or minus 15 minutes, that's what I was told! The complete absence of any service ! Don't take any chances! P.s. all positive reviews are clearly written by themselves or by hired people: it's obvious, they call it a hotel and write about the staff that you won't see)

Despite some shortcomings (the air conditioner is not installed (room 468-3), the wiring is sticking out, the casing on the door has fallen off) the rooms are clean and smokeless, the dishes and all appliances are there, excellent quality wi-fi, new plumbing, linen is clean and fresh upon check-in, the view is awesome, there are no words for a Jacuzzi (a lifeline for clogged feet when you go to the sights of Minsk)
Excellent geographical location, all transport is 2-5 minutes from the house.

Very unpleasant impressions about the "hotel".
The hotel is located in a residential complex near the center. You can't get to the entrance by taxi because of the system of slag pits with paid parking, and it's quite far to go with things or layouts from the slag heap. There are many houses in the complex and they are all the same and it is very easy to enter the wrong house.
Our "rooms" were on the 22nd and 25th floors. Mobile communication was completely unavailable there. The administration did not take care to install additional transmitters of mobile operators. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, water flowed from the faucet with the shower in all directions.When I hinted to the "administrator" (in fact, a man in slippers and a greasy T-shirt) that it would be good to call a plumber, he shrugged his shoulders, said "probably need to be called" but eventually left my request without a solution. The sockets in the room fall out of the walls, the elements are broken, the ventilation grilles are dirty, the furniture is shabby, the linen is washed and torn.
It's draughty from the windows.
And it is completely unclear how legitimate it is that the administrator, upon arrival, charged us a hotel fee of 180 Belarusian rubles for 6 people and 3 nights and did not give us any receipt.
I highly DO NOT recommend this 'hotel'.

We booked a hotel through Yandex Travel. We arrived in Minsk on a passing trip after a long road and a sleepless night. We arrived around 16:00 and called the hotel to clarify how to get to them. To which we were informed that they could not accept us because their water heater ( boller ) was leaking . And they can 't offer a replacement for another number . As a result, the money was not refunded, as the room was paid in advance. We had to find the remaining time for a night shelter in a place with children . They promised to return the money later . The technical support of Yandex Travel could not do anything to help.
