I really liked the apartment. Positive: The location, check-in and check-out are contactless, perfect cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom, absence of foreign odors, thoughtful kitchen, availability of all necessary utensils, a good bed and comfortable furniture. Minus one, it doesn't depend on Anastasia... the entrance has been in need of repair for a long time. But this disadvantage does not have a significant impact on the accommodation.

We rented an apartment in April 2025. The apartment is located in the city center. Literally 3-4 minutes to F. Street.Skaryna and the beginning of viewing all the sights of Polotsk.
The apartment is clean and cozy. The landlady is friendly and air-conditioned.
The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
I recommend the apartment for both a long stay and a few days' rent.

It's a very nice place, the photos are 100% true to reality. Clean, tidy and pleasant! Everything is super thoughtful (there is even a light at the trash can)
