They did not provide apartments. We ordered the apartments several months in advance. A week before arrival, we were asked to confirm and we were confirmed. We booked for the May holidays, there are a lot of people. When we arrived in Brest, we were told that our apartments were occupied. Imagine our relationship, we are with two children 1300km from home. This is the first time I have encountered such dishonest behavior. It's terrible.... There are no places anywhere.
