The area is new, the apartments are spacious, as I understand it, there is a free layout, the construction was carried out by a company from Dubai (UAE).The houses are quite close, in the windows you can see how they went to the toilet in the next house :) Although there is a mirror (it does not help). Naturally, there is a bus or taxi from transport, the metro is close (for me) a 15-minute walk to the village. Behemoth Store :) playgrounds for children are nearby , entertainment is excellent !

Beautiful lobby, always clean and tidy. -1 star only because most of the apartments are rented, but the elevators are still in chipboard. The common areas are also always clean. Nice house)
