We stayed for three nights, a double room, cost 7700, paid by transfer. The room has a double bed, a table, three chairs, a wardrobe, a small sofa, a bedside table, a TV. Shower and toilet are also in the room. Contactless check-in, if you check in in the evening, be sure to call the hotel in advance, they will explain the check-in procedure to you. We did not do this, we called already at the entrance to the hotel, we were lucky that they answered quickly, explained everything. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the bus station and train station. There is a parking lot. The center with museums, attractions, cafes is also close, we walked everywhere. There is a large kitchen-dining room where you can cook, a refrigerator. One of the disadvantages is very good audibility, if the neighbors are noisy, it is difficult to fall asleep. We were lucky in this. And the TV didn't work, but it's not critical at all. Overall, we were satisfied.

We stayed in these apartments for one night, provided a double room with all amenities, the price is 50 rubles, which is quite good. I liked everything very much: the room had a double bed, toilet, shower, TV, clean towels, a comfortable clothes rack, immediately opposite was a kitchen with all necessary appliances, mugs, a kettle, there was even sugar and coffee. The room was clean and cozy, the temperature was comfortable (we arrived in April-May). I also liked the attitude of the hostess (a pleasant woman), everything is based on trust, no prepayments. We arrived, called the hostess, she told us where to pick up the key and we checked in, found her only at the eviction, and then made the payment.

An outrageously irresponsible office! In 2 months I booked accommodation, discussed with the hostess the details of payment, date, communication and so on. On the day of arrival, the hostess ignored messages, calls and did not get in touch. Of course, it was no longer possible to find another place to live. As a result, it was not possible to see Polotsk, we had to transit. If you value reliability, I don't recommend it in any case!!

We stayed for one night. It's a bit expensive for Polotsk, but there were no options for that day, because they were already looking when they arrived in the city around 9 pm. Beautiful interior, more or less clean. The shower was running poorly. The bed turned out to be not a double bed, but two single beds put together, it was not convenient for us to sleep with the children, because all the time the mattresses were moving apart in the middle. The kitchen is not comfortable in terms of equipment, but it will do for one night. Staying longer and cooking is not convenient

There may be problems with checking in in the evening, since the "reception" works somewhat in a free mode and you can wait an hour for the administrator to return. Of course, there is an ad with a phone number, Viber, etc., But what about those who do not have a local connection and the Internet, in short, everything is a little bit so to say "nice", nevertheless I put 5, although it is rather 4.

Well, I'm sorry, but this is not an apartment, this is some kind of hostel.. It was uncomfortable, damp, the smell in the rooms, even the smell of dampness from the bed linen, they could not sleep for a long time.. The photos do not correspond to reality. I don't understand at all where the high marks on the booking come from.. Even for once, just to spend the night with tired tourists, in my maybe too picky opinion, I was not satisfied at all. The mood was ruined. The only plus is that it is inexpensive.

But at first, under the guise of apartments for 70 Belarusian rubles, a hostel was offered - a room with 4 beds, a shower and a toilet in the corridor. When I refused, they immediately offered me a separate, quite comfortable apartment in the same house for 90 rubles, again I refused, then the price fell to 80. Which suited us perfectly and corresponded to other suggestions, but there was a residue that the broomsticks were trying to deceive.
