The apartment is beyond praise. The latest renovation. Furniture, light, dishes, accessories in the apartment are very harmoniously combined. We were especially captivated by the huge number of different types of light, which can be adjusted at your discretion - dimmed, brighter, bright, illuminate only certain areas, and so on.
The owner of the apartment is a lovely girl - always in touch, always online, ready to help / prompt (I do not know when she is resting or sleeping)))). Definitely recommended. I have saved the contact, now write in advance and book this apartment.

Stylish, cozy and thought out to the smallest detail, the cleanliness is perfect, it feels like the apartment is being looked after.Of all the places I've ever stayed, this apartment is definitely one of the best!special thanks to the landlady of the apartment, she will tell you and show you where in the city it is better to visit and not waste your time on unnecessary excursions!

Pros:
Nice house, fresh renovation in the apartment, pleasant owner, all issues were resolved. Everything is clean and new in the apartment. The yard is ordinary. The price was a little too high, but there were no varieties of abundance either.
The decomposition is good. But you have to go to everything. If you are driving approx. If not, you will have to walk to the center. 20 min to the street. Soviet. 1.8km. In 5-10 min increments, nothing interesting.
A couple of acceptable cafes and supermarkets nearby. This is also a plus.
Minuses:
• When we were there, there was no centralized hot water, we didn't say anything about it. There is a bolyer, but it is 10l. This is to wash quickly and turning off the water constantly. The next person can wash in 45 minutes 🙁
• The elevator was not working at the time of arrival. On the 8th floor with bags - not comfortable, off the road. They were not ready for this either.
I would like more sincerity on the part of the owners, everything is solved. Good luck!

If you need apartments for 5💥, then here you are!!!! The owner of the apartment is a very pleasant and professional person. Solves any issues around the clock. Housing with excellent modern renovation. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. The cleanliness is perfect. Everything is fine for sleeping, including the mattress. It's super important to me. A boiler for 2 people to wash? Easy and complete. Shops, cafes and a wonderful walk along the embankment are all nearby. Our vacation took place on 10 out of 10. Not every 5-star hotel will offer such a service! Regina, keep it up!!! It's a pity we couldn't take this apartment with us to continue the journey ...

I liked the apartment, there is everything you need and even more, everything is thought out to the smallest detail 👍
The house has a grocery store, a bakery, a coffee shop, and a vegetable pavilion nearby.
The house is new, the renovation in the apartment is fresh and stylish, the location is convenient - by taxi or car the center is within 5-7 minutes, but as lovers of walking it was not difficult for us to walk along the alley of lanterns to Sovetskaya. There is a beautiful view from the window, the air conditioner was very useful in the heat, the mattress on the bed is comfortable, the sofa in the hall is soft, in general, everything is fine 💯
The hostess helped to navigate the city, prompted and showed everything.
We are glad that our acquaintance with the city began with such a cozy, stylish and comfortable apartment!

A great place to stay in Brest for a few days and relax. Highly recommended. Everything is done with care for the residents, including the children. Clean towels, bed linen, slippers, air conditioning, water, coffee, tea. Thank you for the comfort you have created and for taking care of each guest. Just like at home.

A great option to stay on a mini-vacation in Brest. New house, very neat renovation, courtyard area and Parking for cars. All the necessary shops and cafes are within a two-second walk. To the center on foot 10 min. An apartment with everything you need. A special advantage will be the landlady of the apartment:) Everything is clear, very polite and a guide to Brest as a gift :)

Nice apartment with a fresh renovation. It's not far to the center - we reached Sovetskaya on foot in 15-20 minutes. The hostess is polite, if there were any questions, they were instantly resolved. We were satisfied, thank you very much!
