A spacious studio room with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. There are: a microwave oven, an electric stove, a refrigerator, dishes, detergents.
I don't know about the other rooms, but I did the cleaning myself, with garbage removal.
For eight days, the bed linen has not been changed once. But there were plenty of towels.
By location, the Eiffel Tower is 8 kilometers away, south of Austerlitz station.

Just a normal place for one night, if it's on the way.The area is good, safe and Clean at night, the bathroom is large, there is a kitchen,
Of the cons:far from the center (if on foot), the breakfast is poor (but for Europe it is usually), on the ground floor there was a smell in the room.

The room for 2-4 people (2 rooms - one with a bed, the other with a sofa bed) is not very cozy, but the kitchen is enough to prepare a full breakfast /lunch/dinner. Everything is clearly not the same, but in an acceptable form. The same can be said about the bathroom. The underground parking is very cramped.
