A chic mini-hotel. This is not quite the right definition, since this is not a hotel at all, but studios without reception. But everything is perfectly organized, the place is gorgeous, there is everything for life. Comfortable and convenient!👌

Upon check-in, you are required to deposit 100 byn in case you spoil or dirty something, which is not typical for a hotel. At the same time, the receptionist does not go into the room with you and does not inspect everything thoroughly, but simply says "go check the towels yourself, etc." They also say "leave the keys on the table and close the door." If you take a deposit, you must draw up a document on the defects that are in the room and at the check-out also come and sign the document on the presence/absence of new defects. In general, we had to return our diplomatic deposit with a scandal, because according to the administrator, we stained the wall in the area of the coat hanger, which we did not do. In general, the whole impression was spoiled by this. Be very careful when depositing the deposit and check the rooms thoroughly upon arrival, as the receptionist is incredibly negligent about this.

Wonderful apartment! We stopped for the second time. Check-in/ check-out is prompt and without problems. Purity. The location is perfect, we walked all the time. I love Minsk, I always come with pleasure)

Excellent location - the city center, across the street from the car and railway stations. The metro is a five-minute walk away. After walking around the city, we returned to a cozy hotel with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and everything you need. McDonald's, cafes, grocery stores are within walking distance. We recommend it. This hotel will not leave you indifferent.

It is very cozy, clean, beautiful interior, has everything you need (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, wi-fi). Comfortable beds with modern mattresses. In the very center of Minsk. A hospitable, responsible, punctual hostess. We signed a contract upon check-in. We definitely recommend it!

I really liked the apartment: clean, cozy, modern style 🛌🛁🚽🪑🚿🧽🖥and within walking distance from the railway station🚉- very convenient!!!👍
I also liked the city of Minsk:monumental buildings, the city is clean and very polite people.

I really liked the room itself and of course its location. Across the street from the train station and everything is within walking distance: shops, pharmacies, metro, banks, shopping center, city center… The second floor of the residential stalinka, at the bottom of the McDonalds. The room has coffee and tea, high-quality linen, a miniature bathroom and perfect cleanliness. I definitely recommend it!

I often go to Minsk on business trips, but I don't like to stay in classic hotels – either the post-Soviet situation or the crazy prices.
