Why 3*, because solid 3 stars. You can and even should not take breakfast. Moreover, if someone wants a bath, you can forget, there's a shower stall where you can't bend (I'm 160 tall and then I knocked on the stall door). I lived from March 8th to 13th. However, the rooms are spacious and all are warm except for the living room with a bed. A TV with one Russian channel is not critical for me. Transport accessibility, shops (DM, Tescoma, shoe store, butcher shop, vegetables and greens nearby). If you don't sit in the room, it's a pretty good place.
