Noisy neighbors. But in general, the apartments are good. Parking spaces can always be found within 10 minutes. The ocean is 5-7 minutes away.

Entrance to the territory by card. There are always free sun beds near the pool. The entrance to the pool is only for residents of the complex.

It's a good place, all rooms are different, you need to look at each one separately by photo. Closed area, convenient to walk to the beach. There are two swimming pools on site.
