A nice quiet place, we had a fireplace, which made the evenings much more cozy. There are gazebos on the territory, we were in winter, and in summer I think you can gather a cheerful company at the barbecue. There is a sauna, we could not visit it because we were with a pet, so I will not evaluate it, but I really liked the smell of burning wood.

A wonderful place, with friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and very pleasant prices. With a nice and quiet location.
The only caveat is the absence of a small section of paved road to the hotel itself. However, the road is smooth and we did not experience any problems with the entrance in heavily understated cars.
Also a big plus is that it is possible with animals.

The guest house fulfilled its utilitarian function - it gave a roof over the head for the night to the family on the road and a parking place for the car.

I really liked the hotel, well-groomed territory, there is free parking under a canopy for 4 cars, a nice covered gazebo with a fireplace and a barbecue area for a large company, if necessary, provide a firewood grill and skewers. In the basement of the hotel there is a large kitchen with a two-chamber shared refrigerator, an electric 4-burner stove, necessary utensils, glasses, everything for cooking, free tea, coffee in unlimited quantities, the only problem with knives is two, but I sawed a tomato with them for a long time. Next to the recreation room with billiards, six sofas, there is a Bluetooth speaker for music, but you can make noise until 21:00. We lived in a classic family room. The room is very beautiful. There is a fireplace, a TV, two bunk beds and one double bed (the mattress is hard), the room is also equipped with a tired mini fridge (but it is there compared to other rooms), and its own shower and toilet, the shower head is broken and there is no pressure, but for us it was not the main thing so we did not get stuck pay attention to this. Slippers and bathrobes are not provided, soap, shampoos, etc. are also not provided, there is toilet paper and towels for the shower. There is no air conditioning and fan in the room, the windows cannot cope in the heat. We were met by the positive administrator Lisa, who told and showed us everything in detail, and always came to the rescue if necessary. We also ordered breakfast at a certain time in the evening (in our case by 11:00) with a choice of scrambled eggs or cheesecakes, we ordered one and the other and were pleasantly surprised by the portions and serving in the morning. There is a lake near the hotel. In which visitors can swim, but it is dangerous from the bridge, and a little to the left there is a piece of beach with a sandy bottom and a pleasant sunset, fresh milk water. We liked everything, the room, the price and the service, so we will recommend this hotel to everyone and we will come back here more than once.

A small hotel, located in the suburbs on the shore of the lake. There are private houses around, a dirt road. For travelers by car, spending the night is a good option, inexpensive and just enough. Economy class rooms have a shared toilet and bathroom for women and men on different floors. There are no TVs (in economy rooms), just a bed and a wardrobe, everything is wooden. The receptionists are very responsive, always ready to help, for which special thanks! For a little money, this hotel is a good option.

If you understand in advance what you are looking for and choosing, then the place for 11/10 is a cozy corner of nature in Brest itself, surrounded by reservoirs, the equipped territory of the estate, the place is simply magical in atmosphere. To understand the atmosphere of a place, you need to love things like campfire gatherings, a cozy clean house in the village, and so on. If you are looking for luxury rooms with modern renovation, this place is not exactly for you.

A modest and very tired hostel. There is no way to call it a hotel. There is no TV in the room, of course, air conditioning, a bedspread, soap, a sink that can be used for washing, a little bit of mats (at least a rubber one in the shower), glasses, a shoe spoon, night lights... In general, you can just come and fall down and sleep the night away. It's far from the road, so it's quiet enough (if the peacocks don't scream).
The mattress, however, is decent, but the pillows have long been crumpled, the bed linen is dark and unpleasant, towels one per guest for all occasions.
Well, if you take into account the cost, then I can not recommend this "hotel"

We dreamed of visiting Brest and naturally looked for a place to stay. We chose a hotel on the Internet based on photos and cost, so that it was inexpensive and close to the fortress. We found this option and decided to stay there. The hotel is pleasant in all respects. Clean, near a small lake, beautiful, close to the fortress, its own Parking. There is a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishes, and even tea and coffee. The administrator, Diana, guided us to the area, advised us where to take a walk and have a snack. Price and quality by 5 points.

Well, how can I tell you, it's not really a hotel. More of a guest house. It's visually cool inside! There is a shared kitchen with everything you need. It is possible to order breakfast. We had either scrambled eggs or pancakes to choose from - both are excellent, delicious and the portions are good, everyone had enough! The staff is very polite and attentive. Now to the cons: All this beauty and entourage is of course cool, but it's not entirely clear who came up with the idea of dividing the "rooms" with ordinary thin apartment interior doors with glass and a crack under the door? Because of this, the audibility is simply catastrophic. There's a commotion in the hallway and that's it, you can forget about sleep. Yes, the people have come and gone and sleep on. But there is another nuance. There is a sawmill across the street in the next building and it starts working at about 8-9 in the morning, even on Saturday. The windows of our room overlooked her. Men's/women's toilets and showers on different floors. My wife had to visit the first floor from the second floor, not critically, but still. I won't say about the women's shower room, but the men's one has two watering cans next to it, separated by a curtain. Two strangers will definitely not wash, so in fact it is 1 shower room for all rooms with men. The hoses are leaking. In the shower, there are 2 washing machines from the pros, from the cons, if they have started washing, then you will not take a shower, there is not enough water pressure in the shower, or rather, it is not there - you will play enough with the water setting. According to the photos of the "hotel", there is supposedly a children's space on the territory - make no mistake, it's all dilapidated and neglected, children should not go there. The swing is cool! Despite all the disadvantages, I will recommend it to travelers by car! It's just not necessary to have high expectations and leave a reserve of nerves for an overnight stay after the road. I don't want to offend the owners of this place, it's cool here, but objectively it's not a hotel.
