We were in January 2025, it was just awful... We were passing through Petropavlovsk, we had to spend the night. I arrived with two children, with bags, at 9 p.m., they wrote the address... They called a taxi, arrived, it turned out to be an office, took the keys, called a taxi again and went to the apartment. That is, nowadays contactless check-in is already everywhere, and here you have to travel((( but this is nothing compared to the apartment🤦smoky, dirty...There's only one dirty towel for three people, no bed linen, and the bed is broken.. The TV is not working... In general, I will attach a photo, see for yourself... I don't recommend it to anyone...

There were no advantages, a very bad apartment and everything is wrong in the photo, they also throw you a reservation and when you arrive they will check in, they pretend that they hear you for the first time and offer an apartment at times more expensive and they also say that with air conditioning but in fact it is not, like they forgot. I really didn't like the dirty linen, they don't change the refrigerator, it's almost not working. The staff lies to their face, they know that there are problems with housing in the summer and raise prices. I will not use this agency anymore and I do not advise you.

It's a terrible apartment, there's not even a kettle, the dishes are terribly sticky, I'm completely silent about the bed, all stained, what a convenience for people, if you rent, please keep an eye on it all! It's just terrible. International 64!!! The closet is broken, the blankets are unclear, the refrigerator does not work!!!!!
