We brought lunch to this place when we went on an excursion. The view of the river is beautiful, of course, but everything else that relates to the cafe is in terrible shape and condition.
The food was normal, we ordered shish kebab, khachapuri and vegetable salad, the tea was delicious. The waitress served us terribly, as if we had come to her house at the wrong time and were doing us a favor. The bill also includes a service of + 10%, which is not very pleasant to pay for such a thing.
So she also deceived us, when paying the bill, she decided to add 100 rubles for each salad, there were 4 of us, and that's 400 rubles. The menu has a completely different price, but hers is the same, she told us that they had changed the price, but she never warned us at all. I probably thought we wouldn't notice when paying. When we dealt with her, in the end she said : "Yes, take your 400r, I'm still arguing with you." Of course, thank you for giving us our money back. I think we're not the only ones who get extra pay.if you happen to be there, I advise you to look at the bill carefully .

It's scary to get to this place, the road is very narrow and it's not easy for a couple of (non-local) cars to leave. Stalin's cottage is nearby (paid) Oh yes, there is a cool feature at the cafe, you can catch trout yourself (for a fee) in their mini pool, and they will cook it for you right away. We caught it, but unfortunately they did not finish cooking it and brought it raw, gave it to be finished, overcooked :-) Otherwise a pleasant place.

We were in a cafe on 08/26/24. We were brought to this "wonderful" institution from an excursion. We took khachapur tea and coffee.
Khachapur turned out to be just a healthy piece of dough, where there was almost no cheese filling - the cost of a piece of bread with a spit of cheese was 600 rubles.
Next, a wonderful cappuccino. A bag of 3in1 nescafe, when they brought it, they did not even stir the soluble powder until the end - the cost is 100 rubles. There would be no questions about the price if they had honestly written "3in1 coffee" and not cappuccino.
A teapot of not very tasty black tea costs 500 rubles, the menu says that you can buy a cup for 100, but alas, you never know what is written, in fact "only a whole teapot is served"
In fact, the place is tasteless, dirty, the appliances are not very clean and fresh. The toilet is just dark, don't even come close, the smell already hits your nose at a distance of 3 meters.
There would be no questions about the prices if it was really delicious, but in fact it feels like I ate garbage.

The guide brought it when we were on a tour to the Ritz. There was no choice. The place is beautiful, but you need to be able to ruin such a view. We wanted to try Abkhazian dishes, ordered an Abkhazian set and meat in Abkhazian style. The food is tasteless! Meat is solid fat.
The toilet is a separate kind of hell. I don't understand how this can be next to food. Flies fly, which land on food.
The service is terrible. They talked to us "on the fuck off."
Two hours after such a lunch, it became very bad, at first they thought they were seasick, but then they realized that they were not. If you don't want to spend your vacation hugging a white friend, then avoid this place!

Food at the level of a mediocre cafe, where you just stuff your belly with something you don't understand, and don't try the wonderful Abkhazian cuisine. 3. Prices are 30 percent higher. Portions are smaller and the quality is below average. 4. Check the receipts and fight for your change. There is often no change and they "will owe you until next time." Just like at the stall, right? 5. The toilet. The toilet is a branch of hell on planet earth. A smelly hole in the floor. In principle, this is enough to understand the attitude towards their guests. For the second time, the driver will take me to a hotel, and not to eat in such an institution!

Tourists have nowhere to go, they will probably be taken here: drivers are fed for free for bringing tourists.

Service: generally (!!!) I don't understand what the 10 percent fee is for. I'm not sorry, and even more so if the service is super, but in our case they came only for the first time to take an order, they forgot the hodgepodge for my wife and brought it only after we got up from the table and looked for the staff. Provided that the company was 7 people and each took 2 dishes, the dirty plates were not taken away, they lay there until the end of the meal, until they got up from the table, and the satisfied ofics sat at the same table, laughed and shared some money.
As for me, I should be paid for such service, not me
Prices are Moscow - pilaf 500, soups 450, khachapur 650, wine 400 per liter - but it is impossible to drink
The toilet is a hole in the floor - it's certainly strong!!

The quality of the food is also disgusting, there is no bread! We ordered tangerine juice, it is not possible to drink, water with tangerine scraps. The portions are very small. Trout is literally the size of a palm, there is nothing to eat. We wanted to see the manager, but we were told that he was asleep and could not come out to us (it was at 11 o'clock in the afternoon). We visited this place on the recommendation of the guide who brought us here. It is only in a state of incredible hunger that this institution is worth visiting. The food is tasteless: khachapur for 600 rubles pulls 200 (they took it out ready in 3 minutes, it felt like it was in the refrigerator for several days), the pilaf is very dry, and there are only greens and cilantro in khinkali.
In addition to food, there are big questions about the service (for which 10% is automatically charged). We were greeted by a boorish waitress who behaved very cheekily. She sat down at the table with us and talked to us practically on your own.

We were on a tour at Lake Ritsa. We brought our minibus to this institution and began to talk about the tables. There were not enough tables for everyone, tables for 4-5 people began to fill up, it felt like you were traveling in a crowded minibus. The waiter came to some tables immediately, but only 15 minutes later, and then after a reminder. We made an order, attached a photo of the menu, the prices are above average. And they waited, after 20 minutes of waiting, the waiter did not deign to come. I had to contact our guide and only after that the dishes were brought. The waiter made a wrong calculation for one table. The older man, perhaps the head of this institution, began to shout at his waiters, to sort things out. The only question is, why do this in front of visitors and spoil their mood?! (it will remain rhetorical). There is a washbasin with water, a "country" toilet.
As a result, we spent about 1 hour or even more on this whole nightmare.
Payment is only in cash or by transfer, about paying by card at the lake. No one heard Ritz.
As a result: people come to the cafe to spend money, and as a result, they have to ask, wait a long time, swear with the waiters to get their order and relax in peace. I highly do not recommend this institution.
