I'll start with pizza, there was Hawaiian pizza in the order, after 20 minutes of waiting, the waitress came up to us and said that the Hawaiian was over, maybe you can take a pizza called Caprice? We say we don't need one, let's have a menu. After a couple of minutes, the first cheeseburger pizza is brought to us, then I decided to find out what's going on with the second pizza. We are told that she is already preparing (oh, a miracle, she somehow appeared. well, in fact, the waiter just incorrectly passed the order to the kitchen). They also asked to bring half a glass of boiling water and black tea to mix with cool water for the child. As a result, they brought a full glass of boiling water and GREEN tea. The service is full 0. Unreasonably high prices for pizzas, especially Hawaiian, an incomprehensible mess should not cost 85,000. And the receipt indicated a Whim instead of Hawaiian. I had to settle it here, too, it's good that I noticed right away. The difference of money was refunded. In general, a score of 1 is the highest score that this institution deserves

After my question, what difference does it make, she printed out the receipt, well, as I wrote above, it was already safely scanned. When I received my order, when asked if the box would be packed, I was informed that they had run out of packages. So no service, no friendly attitude. It's not even this 1 percent cache trouble, but the fact that the staff is already cheating and rude. I have checked several fast food outlets, but I have seen such a dirty attitude for the first time. Naturally, I will not order anything more at this point, but I would like to advise the rest of the customers to be on the alert, since the staff can also cheat. The company's employees do not work for customer satisfaction but work for staff satisfaction
