I want to share my experience of visiting the Apple hardware repair service. I was satisfied with the approach and the level of service.
I addressed the problem of my Apple Watch, in which the buttons stopped functioning properly due to flooding. During the repair process, certain independent circumstances arose, and the amount of work increased, which seemed to make the repair unprofitable for both me and the service.
Nevertheless, the service team showed professionalism and came up with a compromise proposal that satisfied all parties. I am impressed with the way they approached the problem.
I would like to say a special thank you for the calmness and patience of the staff who helped me figure out the situation and found a way out of it. I recommend this service to anyone who needs high-quality repair of Apple equipment!
Terrible service, I did not have time to explain what the problem was, they grabbed the phone, started transferring data from the phone to their computer without announcing the cost, throughout this I said that I needed to fix the screen and repeatedly asked the cost of this, they said for 175 rubles, I refused, knowing that it could be done for 110 rubles, when I was about to leave, they demanded 40 rubles for transferring data, I refused and it got to the point that I called the guy and watched the video cameras, as a result they let me go, in short, it's not even about money, but about the service
Xr started to glitch and rebooted every 3-5 minutes. The guys did the synchronization, tested it for a couple of days and everything is OK. Thank you very well.
