They will not be settled ahead of time under any circumstances. The hotel is located in the heart of the Moroccan quarter. There's dirt and spit all around. An inexpensive Lidl is a kilometer away. The nearest safe food place is at the train station (avoid sushi). The interior is clean, the kitchen is small. It's a good place to spend the night.
