Apple's attitude towards the customer has deteriorated very much. After three weeks of communication with the company's technical support, the issue of replacing the warranty device with a defective screen has not been resolved. They were sent to the service center (MasterPin) with promises to replace the device, as a result of a week-long wait, repairs were made and the Phone was issued with damaged screws in the lower part of the phone.
