I wanted to give the laptop to be checked. But for the second day in a row, they are not in place. Although I come during working hours, not at lunchtime. And the business center is generally one name. There's nowhere to sit. There are 2 sofas, but you can't sit on them. A man comes up and tells them to get up.
My iPad pro tablet broke down and no one tried to revive it, it was useless. Apple representatives in Moscow refused to repair it, said that it was Czech with a guarantee of only 90 days and offered to exchange it for the same new one, but it was necessary to pay about 320 thousand tenge at the exchange rate. When I handed it over to these guys for repair, I also thought that everything would end like everywhere else, but when they called me back a couple of days later and said that the problem had been solved, I didn't even believe it at first. The cost of repairs in this case can be called purely symbolic. Especially when compared with Moscow prices. I definitely recommend it!
