Excellent residential complex, protected area. Houses with high seismic resistance of 9-10 points, which is very important when living in Almaty. Earthquakes are felt, of course, but not in the same way as in the panel.

Once upon a time it was a truly elite residential complex in Almaty, where people lived who understood the price and value of what they had acquired: they took care of the gorgeous surroundings, did not scratch the most beautiful elevators, carefully used it. But that time has passed, without a trace: residents began to put their junk, sneakers, shoes, corpses on the platforms, everything is godlessly exploited for spin, the elevators were scratched, it became dirty in the corridors, the management company does not fight this in any way. Parking lots are dilapidated. Everything turned into a collective farm. Very sorry.
