I went because of the statement that my problem would be solved in 30 minutes- replacing the broken screen. After 15 minutes of waiting, it turned out that the necessary spare parts were not in place. I was offered either to wait 1.5-2 hours until the spare part is delivered, or to take a replacement device- I decided to wait.
I took a walk, came to pick it up, and then they tell me that you can't pay with a card - the terminal doesn't work, although I clarified about this possibility at the first call.
The mood is finished off by a walk to the ATM in cold and windy weather(((.
But why five stars?
1) The guys, seeing that the client is extremely dissatisfied with the prolonged repairs and walks, quickly smooth out the whole unpleasant situation- glue a protective glass and give a cover.
2) The repair itself is done perfectly.
