I asked about replacing the battery.
We changed the battery, but literally 1.5 months later, the new battery turned my wife's phone into a brick. I applied again to be replaced this time under warranty and it started. Oh, your motherboard has gone into a short circuit, you need to order a new one at a price of 400 BYN, so you need to order and install a new one. I explain to them that I can't blame them in any way because the last time their master opened the phone and let him reimburse, in response there are excuses like you dropped it, bathed it in water or charged it with a Chinese unit. At the same time, my wife carefully carried the phone all this time, and our unit was always original. He said that I would take your phone away from you and refuse such repairs. They called and started saying that they could do it cheaper, well, obviously so as not to lose profit. As a result, they took the money for installing a new battery and voila, the phone turned on again without any motherboard replacements, although their battery obviously (the Chinese cheapest) did not even work properly for a year and began to land even faster than the one that stood before all these manipulations. Bottom line: Never in your life think of contacting this scam service if you value your apple technology, otherwise you will get a lot of misunderstandings and waste a lot of time.

I handed over the watch for repairs, the service was "fed with breakfasts" for about a month, then the train was needed for checking, then something else, they said, after opening they found no problems, they needed to dig further, after a while they said they couldn't help at all. After I gave it to another service, it turned out that my watch had never been opened and there was an obvious problem inside, which was solved in 2 days in another service. I needed to replace the battery on my iPhone 11. I wrote on Instagram in advance, asked how long it would take. They replied that 20 minutes. Also a discount, for all 129p. Surprised, but delighted. I went, gave the phone back, and was told to come in half an hour. Payment by bank card is not accepted, which is ridiculous. He returned 40 minutes later. With a guilty look, they tell me that they forgot to warn me that the iOS will issue an error on the battery, and to avoid this, you need to solder, and this is + 2-3 hours of work and + 60p on top. There's not a word about it on the website. They also promised to finish it for 40p, apologized. Just clowning. It's a shame, but it's a pity to have time for proceedings. Avoid it, you will not find professionalism here. 0 out of 10.
