I needed to replace the battery on my iPhone 11. I wrote on Instagram in advance, asked how long it would take. They replied that 20 minutes. Also a discount, for all 129p. Surprised, but delighted. I went, gave the phone back, and was told to come in half an hour. Payment by bank card is not accepted, which is ridiculous. He returned 40 minutes later. With a guilty look, they tell me that they forgot to warn me that the iOS will issue an error on the battery, and to avoid this, you need to solder, and this is + 2-3 hours of work and + 60p on top. There's not a word about it on the website. They also promised to finish it for 40p, apologized. Just clowning. It's a shame, but it's a pity to have time for proceedings. Avoid it, you will not find professionalism here. 0 out of 10.
