A great store and an approach to the work of managers. They are sociable,
they can hear, they are responsible, they choose their own way. I bought household appliances (oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, hob) - for a long time I chose according to the characteristics, they approved something, for some they offered the best option based on the price-quality principle. An oven with a defect - a similar one was found and replaced. Special thanks to Anatoly and Vitaly!

I've never written bad reviews. But this store deserves only bad reviews! Because they were badly deceived and did not deliver the goods. We ordered a blender a week before the required date (a birthday gift).
We asked very much to deliver on time, to which we were told that no problem, everything would be fine, the day before delivery they informed us that the blender would be delivered tomorrow, they specified the time and place.
But on the day of delivery itself, silence, no one calls. We called ourselves, and we were informed that the blender would be available in 4 days!!!
Bottom line: customer focus is 0 ! They didn't warn you, they provided false information!

I often give ratings, I don't write reviews at all. But the situation is different here.
Excellent approach, great prices for branded household appliances. I have never met such a courteous and caring manager anywhere. As if he was choosing for himself.
It is also worth replacing and emphasizing that the manager really solves all your questions (even after half a year / year after purchasing household appliances), selects in case of emergency replacement and advises good advice.

The review will relate to the order in the online store.
We ordered a MAUNFELD MFF195NFS10 refrigerator in the store via Onliner.
The order was placed on Friday. The manager called back the next day and confirmed the order. The refrigerator arrived on Monday.
We were dissatisfied with the delivery and the presence of defects on the refrigerator.
In particular:
the manager did not warn that the delivery is only to the entrance;
when the courier took the refrigerator box out of the car, it was already wet at the bottom, which made the cardboard soft;
inside, the refrigerator was not lined with foam throughout the height;
after unpacking, a small dent was found on the refrigerator door, in a prominent place, as well as a chip from the bottom of the door;
there were black grease stains and small scuffs in the fruit and vegetable container.
P.S. It's a pity they didn't say that the refrigerator was the last one.
