Overall, it was a great experience, especially considering that not all resorts offer all-inclusive options.
One downside during our May visit was that the pool temperature was advertised as 29°C, but it actually felt closer to 25°C, which made swimming a bit uncomfortable.
The food was above average—particularly the desserts and cakes, which were on par with those from high-end cafés.
I’m giving 4 stars because, while the experience was enjoyable, it wasn’t perfect. A major concern was the lack of a protective fence by the small river next to the property. My 4-year-old son almost fell in, which was quite alarming.
Between this resort and Tez Ler, I would definitely choose Tez Ler. The atmosphere there—right in the middle of a forest—combined with the large playground, makes it more appealing for families.
That said, Apricot’s standout feature is its semi-heated pool, and the sauna is excellent!

This place is great - amazing food, 3 times a day, very comfortable rooms, animation for kids, playground, lounges for adults, clean heated outdoor pool, hamam, sauna, spa…)) what else)) yes the nature and less than an hour drive from Yerevan. Totally recommend! Worth every penny!

All is perfect. Just on the tennis tables powerful lights will be better, otherwise with current ones most of the time tennis tables under candlelight.

It's an amazing place, just magical, cool, quiet and spotless.The air there is incredible.The hotel itself and the territory are simply gorgeous for all vacationers.There is a swimming pool, hammam,sauna, billiards,table tennis, restaurant,bar..Thanks to the staff-you're awesome!

It's a very nice place. A large beautiful area. Forest, air, river. The main feature, of course, is the heated pool. The water is warm enough, if there is no wind, then you can swim for a very long time. The pool is next to the sauna and hammam-you can warm up and go outside again. The food is unstable, but generally not bad (one of the three days was full of pasta and tasteless salads)
For lunch and dinner, you can have a glass of wine or beer.
There is no proper coffee in the dining room, but you can buy it at the bar.
I would like to have a little more entertainment for children 8-10 years old. They are already too big for a children's room, and there are no bicycles for their height.
In general, everything is fine. Now repairs and construction are underway there (which we were warned about), but it's not even about the noise, but about the exhaust gases-a tractor is working next to the pool and if there is no wind, then all the time spent in the water you breathe these exhausts.

A chic hotel with excellent service and delicious food!!! Everything was wonderful from the welcome at the reception. We were upgraded to a room next to the pool and with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Every day you wake up to the murmur of a stream. The food is varied and very tasty, the water in the pool is suspected to swim comfortably even on a cold day. And if you are frozen, you can go to the sauna or hammam. There are many free activities on site, including billiards, tennis, table tennis, etc. I want to write about this place endlessly. Everything was unforgettable!!!

This is such a wonderful place, there are no words! We were on weekdays and the hotel was 95% empty. The rooms are very pleasant, excellent WiFi, wonderful mountain views, a large balcony and a gorgeous shower. There is a lot to do on the territory - a large area for walking, bicycles, tennis, billiards. A separate thrill is the spa area. A warm large swimming pool, a huge hammam. We were at the beginning of summer, everything was blooming, the territory was warming up in flowers. There is a children's club and an area with a game console, the little one spent all his time there and could safely enjoy his vacation or work. The food at the hotel is excellent, a large selection, the nicest staff. Alcoholic drinks are included, I had to drink wine all week even for lunch, because it turned out to be very tasty) I definitely recommend this hotel, it seems to me that it is especially beautiful in the golden autumn

The terrible lack of professionalism of the reception staff, without logic, without the ability to think. We booked a room, we were warned that we were with the baby. Upon arrival, the room is on the second floor, the building is old, there is no elevator, the floor is without carpet (guys, the head is to think! ) As a result, I had to feed the baby in the hall! Because there was no one to lift the stroller at the moment when it was needed!
The next day we moved to a new building. A new hotel, the rooms are not comparable in comfort, as if they had moved from 2* to 5*. In the morning, a call to the room - you have to leave, your neighbors have already paid for your room to move in. (guys, before you resell our room! to call and find out if we are staying or not, your head is not thinking either!?). To solve this issue, the girl Maria called the manager every minute to find out how to solve the issue! If you put such a stupid staff, that's how you work! As a result, the baby and I were first offered to wait for 3 hours in the corridor, since they check in at 3. After 100 calls to the manager, they decided to give us the number earlier, while I was standing at the reception with a sleeping intercom, and they told me - you first have to pay 36 thousand, then we will give the number 🤪... my baby and my things moved three times! At the same time, every time we did everything with such dissatisfaction, as if we were living at the expense of the hotel! In Gyumri, in Apricot, there was a completely different attitude! Friendly staff everywhere! Starting from the boy helping to pick up things, the reception, cleaning the room! Everyone is 5+! But here is a complete disappointment (((. At that moment, the owner of the hotel was resting, and everyone was running after them, it didn't matter to everyone else. From the + polite guys of the restaurant. Good cuisine. And a well-maintained territory.
PS When they were rude to me in the Teziano cafe in Yerevan, and the manager shrugged her shoulders - I told them - with such an attitude towards the guests - you will close. So - Apricot - if you continue to treat the guests this way, you will close. You don't know by name who is staying at your hotel, and Yerevan is a small city. And the circle of definitions is even smaller: and yes, when I asked the hotel manager to come up, no one came to us ... Draw a conclusion. If you are waiting for a good service, you are not here :). Come to Gyumri, everything is at the highest level there.

One of the few places in Armenia that operates on an all-inclusive system! The outdoor heated pool is open even in winter. Sauna, hammam, games room (with billiards and ping pong) — all these services are included in the price. Delicious food in the buffet format (although some dishes are terribly salty to our taste, which, in general, is rather a classic for Armenia). The room is cozy and pretty, the territory is beautiful, there are pine trees and a streamlet on it) The service is polite and caring. We spent a wonderful two days there!

In this magical place we rested with my wonderful nieces!
