Overall, the hotel is good. The interior is different from the online, faceless ones: non-standard, cozy, to my taste.
The staff is friendly, attentive, friendly.
What I didn't like was the sound insulation of the double-glazed windows, I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, the windows faced the street. It was so bad that it felt like sleeping with the windows open. For those who like to sleep in silence, this option is suitable complete with earplugs.
Unfortunately, there was no way to change the number.
I hope the owners of the hotel will have the opportunity to replace the double-glazed windows.

I will recommend the hotel to everyone I know!
The location is excellent: it takes 15 minutes on foot to the center, 20 minutes to the Ararat factory, and 20 minutes to get to the airport without traffic jams by taxi.
For those who are looking at a daytime hotel: there is a rather noisy construction site nearby at the time of March-April 2025.
I would like to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff, the wonderful staff, and also to those who worked on the interiors and decoration of the hotel — every corner is like a backdrop for a blogger's video!
And then the recommendations are more likely to be for the hotel, because I want such places to only get better!
- the water changes from hot to cold quite suddenly! :(
- the curtains are torn in places :(
- there are holes on the robes :(

The idea is excellent, the execution is not very good.
The room is huge and spacious, the location is good, the interior details are interesting.
It's inconvenient in the bathroom without a dryer - there's nowhere to dry the towels, so you throw them on the floor to be replaced with new ones. It's the same with wet clothes after the rain — you hang them on a chair, because there's nowhere to go.
There is no coat rack at the entrance - you drag it across the room to the closet. It's probably easier in the summer. In the rain, again, the jacket needs to be dried somewhere.
The worst part is the construction site under the window and the room opposite the maid's room. In the morning, some people start thundering outside, while others loudly discuss all the news of the world inside.
In the shower, the water itself switches to a contrasting shower - either boiling water or cold.
The room was not cleaned the day before departure. If this is the policy of the hotel, it would be better to warn about it. Because see above about the raw towels.
Breakfast is OK; beds/pillows/blankets/linens are great; there are shower accessories, a terry dressing gown and disposable slippers are great. Every day they add new bottles of drinking water, which is great. There are umbrellas, which is convenient.
The view of Ararat is fantastic. He justifies all the shortcomings.

Great hotel! Very good location, near the street where there are many currency exchangers, a 5-minute round-the-clock market, pharmacies, restaurants (I recommend the Genotsvale restaurant), etc.
The hotel itself is very neat, the interior is tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious (they are more beautiful in person than in the photo). We had breakfast included in the price, quite decent breakfasts, not very many dishes were presented, but we did not leave hungry. A very tasty omelet and compotes (the cooks prepare them themselves, we found out). Breakfast takes place on the highway overlooking Ararat!
On the second floor of the hotel there is a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, cooler, you can drink tea or put fruits in the refrigerator.
The staff is very friendly! Clever guys!
The rooms are perfectly clean, daily cleaning.
It was especially nice to receive a huge plate of fruit as a compliment from the hotel.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

A wonderful hotel with a good location, friendly staff. The only negative, in my opinion, is the noisy road that the windows of the standard and deluxe rooms overlook... but the superior rooms have a wonderful view of Ararat and silence!

A wonderful hotel located near the city center. Spacious, clean room, with good repair and new plumbing. A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Fresh pastries, fruits, cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, sausages, vegetables. They brew the most delicious coffee of your choice. The restaurant is located on the top floor, and Ararat is visible from the windows in good weather. On the downside, the windows faced a busy street and it was quite noisy.

In my opinion, one of the best hotels in Yerevan!
The customer service is at a high level, the breakfasts are delicious, the views are awesome from the terrace and from the rooms, the rooms are comfortable.
The interior of the hotel is atmospheric, the interiors do not cause visual noise and there is also a history, thanks to the decorative items.
We had a birthday together, the hotel complimented us with a beautiful rose wine and a postcard.

Great hotel! The price-quality ratio when booking was pleased. In my subjective opinion, a great hotel, 3 and a half stars. There are nuances in the form of weak control of plumbing and climate in the room... But it doesn't matter to me, so I put 5k because of the price. The staff is polite, not intrusive. The breakfasts are very tasty. I was comfortable relaxing with my wife for 5 days. Thanks to the staff and the owner! I wish you prosperity!

A great little hotel. With a wonderful style. Modern. The room (we took an improved one) turned out to be better than expected. A combination of stone and wood, decorated with excellent taste. Each number is named after a great Armenian figure. Specifically, our room was named after Aram Khachaturian.
The terrace of the room is huge. It is a pity that the weather conditions of this season did not allow us to spend more time on this terrace.
Bed. It's big and comfortable. New bed linen. Comfortable pillows in sufficient quantity.
The sound insulation is good. Maybe we were lucky with the neighbors, but we didn't hear anyone at all. For sure, all the rooms around us were occupied and there were children in one of the rooms.
The hall of the floor. Very big. Decorated with carpets, decorative panels, various interior accessories.
Everything is very stylish, not flashy.
The restaurant is on the top floor, has a large terrace overlooking Ararat (the mountain). Breakfast includes everything you need. Porridge, tea and coffee are served fresh. Prepared for every willing guest. Coffee is not from the vending machine: espresso, cappuccino - the quality is excellent.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It will help with any question.
If you find fault too much, then the view from the window is on the construction site. But the builders observed the working hours. We worked only from 09:00 to 18:00. They did not interfere with sleep at all.

A beautiful hotel, in the most Armenian style, a spicy oriental fragrance floats in the air, which gives a feeling of peace and happiness. A quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is smiling, pleasant and courteous. The room is clean and spacious, a delicious daily breakfast with an abundance of fine dishes. Gorgeous view from the restaurant terrace of the famous Mount Ararat! I liked everything, I recommend it.

It wasn't a bad hotel, but when I started looking for an iron, the problems started. I was told that it would cost as an ironing service, but I would have to iron myself, because the ironer is on sick leave. Maybe the person was at work on the first day and said such a stupid thing to me, or maybe not.

Be careful with the armor of expensive rooms - while the management creates excellent detail and paints all the parameters - a separate hotel staff is trying to change your reservation to standard ones, hoping that you will not notice or accept. Breakfast has become poorer than in previous years

A cozy hotel on the edge of the Hrazdan gorge. Mashtots is a 7-minute walk away. The rooms are not without idiotic bitcoin solutions, but they are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are quite modest. From the terrace of the last floor, where the restaurant has a magnificent view of Ararat. The prices in the restaurant are exorbitant.

My husband and I really like the cozy, homely hotel Apricot, we are coming for the second time.
For those who love crowds of vacationers, a bunch of staff at every step - it's not here. It's quiet and peaceful here, you can forget about the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in the world of heroes of Armenia - each room is dedicated to famous Armenians. This time we were staying in Charles Aznavour's room.
The room is cleaned every day to a shine and perfect cleanliness.
Another of the advantages that we noticed right away, even last time, is the stone finish. Beautifully, professionally, made of expensive material - each room is unique.
And yet - the breakfasts are as homemade as the whole atmosphere of the hotel. Everything is fresh and delicious.
By the way, the staff and management always meet vacationers halfway and fulfill the little whims of their customers, for example, we changed our bathrobes, although they were normal, or they did not include early check-in in the price, although we arrived early in the morning.
Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel. A solid five, we did not notice any shortcomings and we will come here more than once.

The staff is at the highest level. Very nice view from the terrace, good room facilities. 4 stars for the terrible sound insulation of windows and window slopes, which makes it feel completely absent from the street or the street in the room. The road is loaded, so you are guaranteed to get pleasure from night-time active drivers. And the construction site next door will immerse you in the wonderful world of the hammer drill until midnight. I only returned to the room so early once, so I wasn't badly hurt, but tourists with children will have a fun packing. The breakfasts are meager, I had enough, but for those who are used to online, they may not like it.

In general, you can live. One of the advantages is a large room and a pleasant interior. Bottles of water are brought to the room every day. There are more disadvantages. Quite far from the center. The windows overlook a very noisy street with heavy traffic. There is no sound insulation. The towels are gray, dilapidated, with holes, it is urgently necessary to change them, it is indecent to give such towels to guests. There is one dim chandelier in the room. The breakfasts are weak. Fried eggs and scrambled eggs fried in butter. You can only eat rolls and cheese. And sometimes the fruits are good. Anyway, I wouldn't come here a second time.

The staff is very helpful. We were able to check into the room early, immediately upon arrival. They also treated me to breakfast right away.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2020. It is located near the center. The room is large, everything you need is there. Buffet breakfast. Food for every taste. They didn't leave hungry. The only drawback is instant coffee. The hotel staff is polite. Any request (early check-in, private tour) has been fulfilled.
