Good afternoon! Everyone! For lovers of recreation and travel! I stay at the Apsilia Hotel 2 times.Just an unforgettable vacation! Very clean, comfortable, the room has everything you need! Breakfast is included, very tasty, lunch and dinner by appointment with the chef! A dining room with a very design approach! At the bottom of the hotel there is a supermarket, a bakery where they bake extremely delicious bread, a coffee shop, for gourmets! In general, I dream of getting back to my favorite hotel in September! God loves the trinity! 🤭🥺🥰👍👍👍

Nice, clean hotel, comfortable rooms with everything you need, friendly staff. It is conveniently located in a building with a shop, pharmacy, bakery.
A 10-minute walk to a wild and completely empty beach with clear water, a minimum of people.
There are breakfasts, there is a transfer, an appointment for any excursions from Abkhazia.
It is suitable for anyone who likes a quiet, relaxing holiday with a clear sea away from the stalls, pubs and hustle.
Photos have been preserved only from the restaurant on the 5th floor.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. The breakfasts are monotonous, but the quality is good. Friendly staff and clean cleaning, put drinking water in the room. A big advantage is the presence of a pharmacy, bakery and grocery store on the ground floor. There is one important disadvantage - poor noise insulation. You can hear everything and everyone. I will most likely come back here again, but you need to take the room as far away from the elevator as possible and it is better not to have windows on the parking lot.

This is the second time we have rested at your hotel. In July 2022 and now in August 2024. A modern and comfortable hotel. Away from the noise. But everything you need is within walking distance. Pharmacy,shop,bakery,mini market,restaurant and of course the sea. A quiet beach. The sea is warm, clean, and affectionate.
The hotel has its own restaurant, breakfast is included, you can also order lunch (which we often did).There is a different menu every day. Everything is very tasty and satisfying.The girls of the cook and the waiters are so polite,friendly. Thank them very much ❤
I would also like to say a special thank you to the hotel staff. We felt like we were at home, not visiting. We hope to return to this PARADISE again.

The perfect hotel, the best in Abkhazia, I think! Unexpected delight! The location is ideal for exploring Eastern Abkhazia, all waterfalls, cathedrals, temples are nearby. Sukhum is nearby, as well as two gas stations Podorozhnik and Rosneft. A 10-minute walk away is a wild, empty beach with views of Sukhum, beautiful sunsets. The way to the beach is through a restaurant with delicious cuisine and cozy tables. The hotel is new, clean and QUIET. Cleaning every day. The first hotel with perfect plumbing, even Moscow 5 stars suffer in this regard. The rooms are large with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. The air conditioner is built-in, very comfortable. On the ground floor there is a delicious bakery, market and pharmacy. The store even accepts cards. There is a traffic police post next to the hotel, there is also a parking lot. On the 5th floor of the hotel there is a beautiful restaurant with large breakfasts and romantic dinners. This is not the first time in Abkhazia, but this time I was conquered not only by nature, but also by comfort. Thanks! We saw 7 waterfalls, swam in three of them!

The hotel is in a good territorial location in the village of Machura near Sukhum, quiet and peaceful, near an excellent grocery store and pharmacy, also a bakery near the traffic police post, there is an elevator reception, a place where you can iron clothes, laundry is also provided for 500 rubles, there was a comfort room : microwave oven , air conditioning, hairdryer, double bed, large TV and a terrace , a shower with a water heater , there are no problems with electricity in the hotel and with turning off the water , wet cleaning every day , linen change every 5 days , clean room with excellent mountain views , there are also cutlery 1.5 liters of water and tea bags every day , refrigerator , kettle the only 1.5 km to the beach but the beach is wild . The staff is polite to the guys and separately to the owner, thank you so much for this approach to the hotel service, keep it up! Everything is on top, a minus or maybe a plus for someone that is geographically far from popular attractions.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet area of Sukhum, within walking distance of a cafe and a restaurant. The building has a pharmacy, a shop and a bakery. A 10-minute walk to the beach, not equipped but clean. It takes 7 minutes to get to Mocha by taxi, the price is 250 rubles. You can also take the bus, they go quite often, the stop is opposite the hotel. Very friendly receptionists, the hotel itself is new and clean. The room was cleaned daily. Excellent air conditioning system. Each room has a spacious balcony, although it has a view of the city on one side and the metal depot on the other. The rooms have good sound insulation. There is a restaurant on the fifth floor, the breakfasts are very tasty. Most likely, in the near future it will be possible to include meals in the accommodation, we had breakfast for a fee, but in the fixed cost of 1 breakfast you can feed a couple of people quietly.

Beautiful hotel, cozy, clean rooms. The only drawback is the power supply. A cook should take cooking courses and learn how to cook at least simple dishes, because breakfast is just disgusting.

The hotel is new and excellent. The rooms look great, after Sochi, so in general the price / quality ratio does not seem real.

It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, but not over the mountains, the beach is quite normal.
To Sukhum with all its sights and the central embankment by taxi is 15 minutes, go, the price of a taxi is 500 rubles.
For cars, Parking is free and securely guarded by the traffic police, it is located right under the post)
Of the cons:
1) in the extreme rooms there is a terrible window under the ceiling that does not close with anything, the sun shines into it in the morning and you wake up from this at dawn.
2) on the 4th floor, wi-fi practically does not work - routers do not finish off.
Eliminating both the first and the second is not a problem and costs a penny. I think the owners will hear me and resolve these issues.

We lived from December 30th to January 2nd. Daily cleaning of the room with replacement of towels was announced, this has never happened. In the bathroom, the extractor hood is working very poorly or the valve in the shower drain is not working, because there was a strong smell of sewage. This is one of the disadvantages.
The advantages are that the room is bright and large. We walked to the beach through the village, the beach is large.

A nice, new hotel with charming views of the mountains, mountain river, sea and tangerine gardens! We had a rest for the New Year. I liked everything. On the ground floor there is a bakery with fresh bread and a cool shop!

A great hotel. My room was perfectly clean. Wet cleaning was offered every day. Towels were changed every other day, and linen was changed on the 5th day. I was especially pleased with the split system. Price - quality is more than acceptable. Recommend. The only disadvantage is that if you go somewhere, you will get tired of waiting for the bus, but a taxi always works. Sukhumi is about 250-300r away. And so there are a lot of excursions that are picked up and brought.

I haven't been to the hotel. But we visited the restaurant at the hotel several times. The menu is not big, but this is not surprising - we were 3 months after the opening. They lived not far from it. I became the most visited because of the menu (I have problems with the digestive tract), service (very nice girls create a warm atmosphere), location (sea view from above), lack of crowds and excellent interior. Nice clean hotel, new furniture, modern TV, WiFi, big comfortable bed, there is a refrigerator, tea accessories, kettle! Everything is fine!
