We were with a young man on a tour of mountain waterfalls and Lake Ritsa from this company. A terrible trip! Even before we got to the Ritz, my stomach started to hurt and I threw up 2 times after tasting cheese and wine. Upon arrival back to the guest house in the evening, the same thing happened to the young man. At the end of the trip, the same story happened with one of the children in the tour group.
The guide did not help me during the trip in any way, since it is obvious that he does not have a specialized education, otherwise he would have known at least some rules of first aid. Instead, he just joked: "Maybe you're not feeling so bad from poisoning, but because you're expecting a baby?". Of course, they did not return the money for the spoiled impression, because no contract was signed before the trip, and from our company data they only needed a whatsapp number to write a message when the bus arrives and at what time they need to arrive at the gathering place.
If you value your money and health, then do not buy tours from this company!

A good company, but there are excursions where the price is very high and do not match the booklet. For example, a new tour,, Rendezvous,,, sandy beach, there is absolutely no beach there, the stones are very large, there is nothing to do on the island, and for this money you can go on another tour. It should cost a maximum of 500 rubles. I do not recommend this tour.

I didn't like the tour from the word at all.
They are being driven on a cramped minibus (an old Mercedes) with maximum speed, even on dangerous sections of the road, there is zero safety
The main purpose of the guide is to take you to wine, cheese and honey tastings, from which they have an additional percentage, and even to the dining room. They do not give 30 minutes to the sightseeing objects themselves, they do not tell anything at the objects, go for a walk and see for yourself, there is zero information on the case, jokes are jokes
Brought "additionally" to the temple of the 10th century, the guide collected 250 rubles each.for admission, although it is free, we charge 4x 1000 rubles, it is not pleasant
We decided for ourselves that we would rent a car or taxi and drive ourselves to the places we are interested in, and these "excursions" are a complete dilution

We were on an individual excursion to the Lake. Ritsa 08/17/2021. The tour is simply unforgettable!!! MANY THANKS to our guide Badra! He told me everything in detail, it was interesting. I answered all the questions I was interested in. The long tour was very easy, we were not tired at all, on the contrary, we returned happy and joyful. Emotions are simply overwhelming!

Old buses without air conditioning. Suffocated in the heat on two excursions.
I did not like that each tour has additional attractions for an additional fee of 200-250 rubles. This is not told in advance and it is not in the brochure. You only find out about them when you're on your way. And of course you agree to see, for example, a couple of additional waterfalls, since you have already climbed so far, for example, to the Ritz. And the total cost of the tour is no longer so cheap. Other higher-level proposals can be considered.
I also didn't like that a lot of time was spent on tastings, but it didn't go anywhere.

Communication with this organization, namely with the guide Aslan, made me disappointed in the so-called Abkhazian hospitality. The tour was scheduled for 15:00, he started attacking in 20 minutes, insisting that we should be at 14:50. It was physically impossible to do this. Explanations were given to him. However, despite this, he kept calling and pushing, creating a nervous atmosphere. We were at the agreed place at exactly 15:00, but when we met, he scolded me like a boy. He began the tour by telling how well he did, that his name was mountain eagle in translation, the driver was a special forces soldier in general. In response to a request not to deviate from the topic of the tour and to tell the essence, without boasting, he was rude and kicked out of the bus on the highway at a distance of 20 km from the city. I tried to use force, but the passengers stood up for me. We barely got to the hotel by hitchhiking. After that, we thought about the safety of staying in Abkhazia in general. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't contact this company.

We took an excursion on 10/15/2020 - JIPPING: "Geghi waterfall + Lake Ritsa". In general, there was practically no excursion. The driver only told us about the sights by their name. Well, the depth of the lakes and the height of the waterfall. That's it! No interesting stories from the guide. Of course, everything can be read on the Internet now, but then why post laudatory reviews on your website? By the way, I tried to leave a review on their website - it was not posted.
Positive points, and even very much:
1) a jeep is more convenient than a bus because it has a maximum of 8 people in it, you do not need to take people to hotels for a long time;
2) we had a good jeep, and the driver was neat. I was afraid in vain, having read about the recklessness of local drivers.
3) the road to the waterfall is not so scary at all. Especially if you had to travel, for example, to the waterfalls in Arkhyz, there is something to compare it with.

Wild drivers who drive at least 110 km / h asked several times to drive more quietly, because the bus is full of children and there are not even seat belts, but it's useless, the answer is: "I have regulations." During the trip, they lure out another 300 rubles per person for some incomprehensible additional services. In general, I do not recommend it!
