I went to the pharmacy today, asked for a cream, it was not available. I asked for an analogue. To begin with, the pharmacist did not say hello, instead of answering about the analogue, she simply cursed me, insulted me and said get out, then sent curses to my children for a long time. I've never seen anything like this before, shock. Finally, she said that you are surprised, Russia is no better. Do not go to this pharmacy, please, if you want to keep the mood.
I recommend visiting this organization only as a last resort, if there are no other options, cross your toes, because xs what's in the head of the pharmacist on the other side of the counter, you won't be able to safely buy medicines! Have a good rest for everyone, just don't waste time on such people!
I have been coming to Abkhazia and Gagra proper for more than one year. And for all this time, this is the only time when we met not hospitality, but outright rudeness, foul language and curses.
On October 8, I went to the pharmacy, it was necessary to consult on one drug, the seller of medicines (I can't call her a pharmacist), was not at the workplace, but walked around the pharmacy, I asked her a question, to which she remained silent, I repeated it again, in response she began to shout that she had she does not have time to consult, I asked why you are rude to me, she called me sick, and suggested that before going to Abkhazia, she would be treated by a psychiatrist, then there were insults with obscene language, and as a result curses. I was taken aback on the spot, pouring so much poison on a person in 1 minute is nonsense.
I would like the administration of this pharmacy to pay attention to this woman. It is strictly contraindicated for her to work with people.
The situation is unpleasant, but in any case, I love Abkhazia. And one Deranged person will not spoil the impression of this beautiful place.
Good luck and peace to all 🕊

I'm sorry, I haven't seen such finished employees in any organization
I work as a pharmacist myself, and if I communicated with clients in this way, I would obviously not hold this position
The woman who is sitting there communicates to the entire pharmacy via video link, and this is clearly more important to her than serving people. Obviously, I don't know about the word say hello. To the question whether there is a certain drug, there was such an answer: "wait (for the whole pharmacy to someone via video link), no, but what should it be?" and then into the phone…
The fact that she has no education, I have no doubts left.
I went to this pharmacy on purpose, it was interesting to see why such terrible reviews.
I wanted to find at least some data of a legal entity or sole proprietor, but they are not there, which already violates the law…
I think if you ask for a book of complaints, then this woman will not provide anything either and there will even be no one to complain!!!
I ask you to deprive this institution of a farm license. activity!
Watch the video below.
On July 30, at 17:10, I came to the pharmacy opposite the Grand Hotel Abkhazia.
Attention! Careful!
A very rude, inadequate woman is sitting (it is difficult to call her a pharmacist, since she was sitting without a bathrobe), expressing obscene language. The video below shows how she behaves. It came to turn on the video only after she sent 3 letters and called her a narrow-eyed, fat-assed woman.
It all started with the advent. When my "hello" was answered by silence, I went down to the window to find out if she could hear or understand Russian, because she was sitting and looking at me, and did not bother to say hello. But these are flowers.
Then she began to be rude, swear, throw water in an eggplant, and a new one from a container of drinks.
I ask the administration (pharmacy authorities) to take action! After all, such behavior, where people come in need (I came to get medicine for my spouse), and there is such a woman dangerous to life and health, is not acceptable!
At my request to serve, she stood behind the medicines, where she could not be seen clearly, and began to dance! I think it's completely inadequate.
I don't want to say anything, but maybe she was under the influence of some kind of medicine, otherwise I can't find an explanation for this behavior.
There is another pharmacy around the corner, it's better not to be lazy and walk 10 steps and they will serve you properly. And the pharmacist is in a bathrobe, clean, cool.
Let everyone know!
PS: The video doesn't load!!!! I ask you to write to me the administration of this pharmacy to resolve this situation and what measures have been taken against your employee serving on this day and time (indicated above)
If there is video surveillance, you will see everything with your own eyes (and I really hope, since there was no time to see, and she charged me with an eggplant of water on my hand, I had to run out)
I'm just in shock , I went to the pharmacy with my child and was sent to three letters by a female pharmacist , just for asking what the medicine looked like . The country of the soul and hospitality , you say ?
I had to buy pills for poisoning. The pharmacist is not very friendly, even rude. The owner of the pharmacy needs to do something! Buy here only as a last resort.
An extremely funny pharmacist got caught. He refuses to give out change from 1000rubles on principle. Does not accept cards. Only a select few can be translated (she makes the selection herself). Also, when visiting this pharmacy, be prepared to hear corrections and lamentations from the staff.
A good pharmacy, that's just one difference from Russia, if medicines are expensive, then they sell not by package but by one die of 10 tablets, and this is a big plus.
To say that Abkhazians are friendly and very friendly is to say nothing! It must be seen! It is incomparable with our south. The pharmacy with staff is at the highest level! Everyone will prompt and advise!
Thank you very much for the round-the-clock schedule!
They helped a lot when the children got sick, when the blood pressure jumped...
Thank you and all the best to you!!!
The only pharmacy in Gagra that works around the clock. It is difficult to find the entrance at night, since the sign on the door is small, and even closed by some kind of building. If you search, look more closely!

Not around the clock. It was open at 7 a.m. The pharmacist is rude. I was alone in the pharmacy, and she was rushing me, as if there was a huge queue behind me.
