Incompetent pharmacists (pharmacists) work at the Narodnaya pharmacy on Fallen Communards 95B. Their names are Lyubov Yakovlevna and Valeria Vladimirovna (there are no surnames on the badges). Their boss (director), who works at the same pharmacy, is obviously incompetent. They refused to buy the recipe "because there is no square seal (stamp)." The meaning of this stamp is well-known and obvious - complete information about the institution that issued the prescription (name, address, email address, INN, license, phone number ...). But absolutely all this information can be printed on the recipe not by printing, but by printing. Which was the case in this case. And the prescription, on which all this information is printed, as well as the "For prescriptions" seal and the doctor's seal, is valid. In all other pharmacies in the city, these prescriptions are purchased without question. That is, these two employees, as well as their boss, to whom they went to consult, are incompetent, do not know the regulatory documents in their specialty (profession). But besides that, apparently, they also have a low level of intelligence, because after a clear explanation of this, in general, a simple, elementary circumstance, after they carefully read all this information in the upper-left corner of the prescription, they refused to release the medicine. I didn't get it. I probably should have circled this information with a blue ballpoint pen, a rectangle, like a stamp. Maybe then they would have triggered a conditioned reflex to the blue square? Well , as in ... In general, this company brought me, a doctor, a disabled person of the 2nd group (for a disease of the musculoskeletal system) to a hypertensive crisis. For clarity, I attach a photo of the prescription form (without personal information). And they'll get away with it, for moral and material damage (I was late for work while they were 20, TWENTY! we tried to find out for a few minutes), of course, they won't answer!

Strangely enough, the pharmacy had the medicines that were needed. However, the price is slightly higher than in Moscow. But - they are there! And that's great!
