The most amazing hotel! Clean, tidy and cozy. Always fresh air, very good ventilation even in the room. Initially, I thought it would be cramped in the capsule, but there was plenty of room, all the things fit, it was also comfortable to sleep, even too much. They gave me a second pillow, without hugging which I can't fall asleep, so I slept like the dead. The capsule has very good lighting, and at night it is completely dark. The showers and hammam are super clean, regularly cleaned and washed several times a day. There are all the necessary facilities for women in the shower. The kitchen is also clean and never stinks. Convenient and comfortable work areas. You can even practice yoga on the second floor. But most of all I liked the care and attention of the staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We were impressed and pleased. I will definitely stay there when I arrive in Almaty. I recommend it to everyone! Thank you so much to the staff!🙏🏻🫂
