Positive: - new hotel - well-maintained territory - clean room - beautiful view from the houses Minuses: - when we went into the sauna, an employee met us in the recreation room in a jacket with the words "it's cold here, isn't it?", then said that either the heating wasn't working, or he hadn't turned it on, I couldn't make out. He suggested that we open the door of the steam room so that it warms the rest room. There are no questions about the steam room, but why it was impossible to warn that it was cold in the bath itself or bring a heater there is unclear, as a result, it was very uncomfortable to rest between vaping because of the cold. They tried to open the door of the steam room, but there was not enough heat, unfortunately. - there was a very dirty toilet in the bathhouse - there was no hot water in our room (we were moved to another one) - part of the underfloor heating did not work - part of the sockets did not work (an extension cord was brought) - the room key was demagnetized (we went to the reception, they fixed it for us there) We collected 33 misfortunes of the hotel, maybe we were so lucky, but, honestly, we didn't manage to have a good rest) But the hotel itself is nice, the place is beautiful.

The recreation area is new, and it's always nice. Competent architecture, the arrangement of houses and their location allows you to admire the beautiful view of the mountain range. The snowy peaks are mesmerizing, their grandeur calms and gives strength. In addition, excellent cuisine, good baths and heated outdoor pools make your stay unforgettable and enjoyable.

Complete disappointment., the snowmobiles are broken, the banana does not work, there is no lift on the slides. They don't even bring water to the cabins. There are no procedures or a steam room in the sauna. The water is cold! Without food for the rental of houses 280 K.
