The gym is inexpensive, large, lots of bench presses, free weights, hummer simulators. A couple of cable simulators are not lubricated, but there is something to do there without them. There are intricate designs on the ceiling that you can cling to. Cool atmosphere, courteous staff, spacious hall, affordable prices. One of my favorite halls in Almaty.

The lighting is on fire, everyone at the reception is friendly, the coaches are actively helping. It would be better to increase the cost of the subscription and reduce the number of people, otherwise sometimes there are not even enough lockers in the locker room.
There is always a queue for vertical traction, a simulator for berries.there is no bridge, it takes 10 minutes to arrange a place for yourself. They promised to buy it, but so far they haven't even bought hand straps.

At the same time, adults and children have a lesson. There are not enough places in the locker room. And the worst thing is that administrators allow little boys to change clothes with girls (women), who, sorry for the expressions "shake their bare tits and butts" in front of boys. Why do administrators allow this. Once it was already said remarks, everything went unheard.
