The former Alatau. There is a lot of empty space, there are cool shops such as Detsky mir, flo, kari. There is a place to turn around. There is a cafe . Nice, clean, but still something is missing.

The inconvenient location is on the outskirts, on the outskirts of the city in the industrial zone.
