We stayed at this hotel from December 27 to January 2.My impressions are mixed .
One of the advantages is the friendly reception staff and the room was more or less nice, the hotel was also located close to the airport.
On the downside, there was no buffet for the first 3 days of our vacation, as soon as a large company arrived, they immediately began to display food, which is not very nice towards us.
The room is very cold, the air conditioner was working intermittently, the hot water almost always did not work, on December 31 they just turned off the hot water, they said they could not do anything))
The Wi-Fi was also constantly turned off.
In general, think for yourself whether you need such a canticle.

Excellent location.
Across the street is the sea, a relatively clean beach, you can take sun beds.
There are public transport stops nearby. The airport is nearby. Airplanes do not interfere, they even give the place a special charm. They land and take off so close that you can see the details of the aircraft from the ground.
The view from the windows is different. This year, the hotel is building a small swimming pool, so it is possible to get a room with a view of the construction site and with the appropriate soundtrack. Also, the windows of many rooms overlook the "wall" of the neighboring building.
The rooms themselves are quite clean and cozy. Cleaning is daily. The TV shows a lot of channels. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The main and almost the only "minus" is the meager tasteless breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. It is possible to order food at this institution throughout the day, but the dishes are also not varied and not tasty.
But... It all depends on expectations. There are a lot of great cafes and restaurants in the area where you can have a snack.

Friendly staff. There are no problems with elevators and the whole system is cool. In order to click on a floor, you need a map, which significantly reduces the risk of some left-wing people appearing. The apartments are pleasant in their surroundings, everything for a comfortable stay

They chose consciously.. The buildings are located at the exit from Batumi, near the airport. One of the advantages is the sea across the street, clean (the beach is large pebbles) there are few people on the beach.. there is a parking place for the car.
Cons - the center is 6 km away on foot. Shops next to overpriced prices, the noise of planes taking off and around the construction site....

Bus stop N10 - a minute from the entrance to the hotel, travel 0.3 GEL, and drive anywhere)) There is a canteen on the ground floor, for a buffet breakfast of 15 lars. I don't recommend the worst hotel in the world. Cockroaches and ants are running around in the room. Noisy, dirty, not tasty food.

Not all the building is a hotel, some floors are rented under other signs. We had breakfast in the restaurant, 20 GEL, expensive and not tasty for me. Parking is around the building, there were places in May. The sea is across the street.
