I highly recommend this place. Not for the clean, cozy rooms, the presence of a small aqua zone and convenient accommodation near the train station, no, all this is there, of course, but you know... What is important for a traveler in a country unfamiliar to him with a culture unfamiliar to him, where he does not know anyone? Right! A sense of security, that there will always be someone who will help solve the problems that constantly arise during the journey of an inexperienced tourist. And here this hotel gives a huge shape, or rather its manager, Jurabek (speaks Russian). A huge bow to him for the fact that all the time when we were staying in Tashkent, he always helped us solve some everyday problems. Firstly, when we arrived from the airport at 2 o'clock at night and unloaded our luggage, it turned out that the child was (just tired) I forgot my brand-new iPhone in the taxi. I can imagine the joy of a taxi driver if he discovered it for the first time! Jurabek, then still completely unknown to people, seeing in what a depressed state the child was, found a taxi driver (fortunately they took a taxi at the airport, they gave him a check), persuaded him to come and return the lost iPhone! Personally, I've already said goodbye to him. I couldn't even figure out what to do in this case! Jurabek received us as the most expensive guests, brought tea, dried fruits, jam, honey so that the guests could relax from the road and relieve stress. Then we repeatedly contacted him on various issues (to arrange with a taxi driver, order food, advise a particular place, organize an excursion, etc.!) and never received a refusal! It is a great luck to meet such a person on a trip, and that is why, if I am ever in Tashkent again, I will definitely check into the Aqua Hotel. I know that they will be waiting for us there as the most expensive guests.
P.S. The breakfasts are perhaps quite monotonous, you quickly get used to them and went to breakfast only if you were hungry. There are no complaints about the quality of the breakfasts themselves, the service, food, products are all fresh, of a good level. But it would be nice to diversify them ...)))
A very pleasant place with good breakfasts, and most importantly, I was surprised that this hotel has underfloor heating!!! Cool!!! There is no such thing in any three-, four-, or five-star hotels in the world that I have ever stayed in. 🔥🔥🔥
Pros - a new hotel with a wonderful stylish renovation, spacious rooms and their equipment, a great breakfast, the presence of a spa area with a sauna, a hammam and a small pool - it's nice to relax. The rooms are quiet - it is comfortable to sleep without noise. It is convenient for those arriving in Tashkent - not far from the airport or for those who are interested in the proximity of the railway station within walking distance. The metro is a 15-minute walk away. You have to go to the center-this is if you think about the disadvantages
