Guys, I have a suggestion. Put a soft-pile brush on the handle in each box, as it is in other self-service car washes. It is very convenient for her to rub the car and your customers will be satisfied. I think even new ones will be added. For example, I prefer another sink where there is such a brush, if you have any, I will definitely be your guest, because it is closer to me here.

No one complained before you, as a result, they twisted it, and did not apologize for the fact that the client was covered in foam due to a malfunction. The service "at the height" has not seen a more boorish attitude. There are 3 boxes, there are 5 cars in front of them, in one box an employee washes his ATV, instead of giving customers the opportunity to wash faster, as a result, two out of three work, amazing people.

A very bad self-service car wash. Starting with the size of the box, poor-quality chemistry and ending with the staff who just sit in their cell.
I waited 15 minutes for the arrival, decided to go in to see if the car was washing, and the guy in front of me was slowly washing the multipath wheels. After the remark, he left quickly. When I entered the box, I realized that I would not be able to wash the car because of the size of the box. Despite all the caution, the shoes are wet, the clothes are in foam, I hope they will not damage the fabric

In the course of action, I figured out that paying for several stages of washing at once is impractical, it is better to pay in installments for all stages somewherethen the rubles are 2 , if you are slow , then 2.5-3 . After payment, press the button of what action you want to perform (pre-pouring , foaming, flushing, etc.) and then proceed to the sink.
After the end of the payment period, the sink stops applying pressure automatically.
Yes, after washing, the same administrator does not allow you to wipe the car at the sink and asks you to leave so as not to occupy the box, this happens even if no one is standing behind you. Please be more responsive with customers. The rest is normal.

I recommend not wasting time and money-look for another car wash (self-service review). Cons: the check-in is poorly organized-you won't figure out how to get there for the first time; the water pressure is very weak (i.e. so that you spend more time flushing); the foam is thin and slides very quickly, while dirt remains on the car. After the first visit to this sink, it was the same, I thought it was an accident. I stopped by for the second time. Photo after washing, the weather is sunny, dry. I won't go anymore (even though I'm near the office) and I don't advise anyone. Besides, it's cramped in the box, you wash the car and wash yourself at the same time).

To wash at least 12-14 rubles normally, 7 rubles are enough on other T-shirts, foam generally drains in 15-20 seconds, dirt does not even wash off much, the water drain is disgusting, trampling in a huge puddle, all legs were completely wet, I had to go home to change clothes, I have not seen worse washing in 8 years!!
