I want to share my negative experience of contacting your dry cleaner. I handed over a down jacket that I had worn for only one season. There were dirt and traces of socks on it (as on any clothes), but I did not expect that after cleaning it would return in such a state! What did you understand about the down jacket season 1!!!! ⠀ When I took my down jacket, it looked like an autumn poltishko. Yes, all the dirt has been washed away, but the down jacket has lost its shape and volume. I was extremely disappointed, as I was counting on high-quality cleaning, and not on the fact that I would end up with a completely different piece of clothing. If I had known that the result would be like this, I would have preferred to remove the stains myself. When I returned with a complaint to discuss the situation, I was confronted with rudeness from the receptionist. She even noted that "my coat is very dirty and has probably been worn for a long time," which is completely inappropriate and does not relate to the essence of the problem. I expected a more professional approach and respectful attitude towards clients. I do not recommend your dry cleaning to others, as I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service and the result. I hope you will take note of this and improve your services.
