The only one !!! The Only One!!! ☝️☝️☝️ water park in the city, and can not give mind... it's a shame and a pity... every summer we have a rest in Almaty, and visiting water parks is always on our list, that's where the service is!!! Clean, beautiful, and generally cool in a word, here... it's scary to pass by, we were here 10 years ago, and never set foot there again

0 stars. Service level 0. The staff is rude. Rescuers children, except sitting whistling, do not come up, do not explain, it is better for them to shout through the entire water park. Children vacationers may not know who they are addressing. All the rides are in the worst condition, they needed repairs 4-5 years ago. Unsanitary conditions. It is better not to go to the shower at all, the temperature level is not regulated, you can get burned, I work 3 female showers for the entire water park. The food is disgusting, the kitchen is unsanitary, it's good that they didn't get hurt. Pins are sticking out of the ground everywhere, the water is in terrible condition. People go there because there's nowhere else to go in the city. Unsanitary conditions, unsafe, service at zero level.

The water park is in a depressing state. The roller coaster is not working. The repair leaves much to be done, the paint is peeling everywhere. There are no sun beds. Service 0. The pool does not work periodically. In general, I do not recommend visiting.
