I really enjoyed my vacation. Very nice people, the staff, kind, friendly). Delicious food. Sweets, white wine and beef, just awesome. I took off the star, only because of the rooms and towels on the pools, well, a 5-star hotel can't be so not very clean). Would you like to go again? Yes, but it's cheaper to go to the neighboring Aqua Blue, and we've never ridden on the slides, because the water in the pools is cold. And there's fresh milk in the sea. We went from 15.11.24 to 27.11.24

Worthy of the hotel!!! Gorgeous territory!!! Well-groomed!!! The pools are all clean, for every taste!!! The water park on the territory is huge, modern, just what you need!!! The restaurants are clean with a large assortment of fruits, meat, fish, vegetables, pastries. But there is one thing, but for some reason in five stars where everything is included, you have to beg, beg for seafood from the chefs, which this year were once a week, they also give out everything related to meat products, cut off small portions and look at your reaction!!! It made me very angry!!! The alcohol is local and so terrible, so they also dilute it, the water carries water and alcohol!!! I was pleased with the beer and juices!!! Thanks for that!!! I see that every year the staff at the hotel gets fat and sweats!!! I ask you to put things in order in the field of food and Alcohol!!!

We were at the water park with our family (two adults, a teenager of 14 years old, a kid of almost 4 years old) on November 23, 2024, we really liked it. The first impression is that it's just huge. After an hour, looking around, you realize that it's not that big. We came to the water park on our own, 15 minutes on foot from the hotel. We paid for tickets at the all-inclusive entrance, it turned out that lunch is included in the restaurant at the Albatros hotel (buffet, everything except alcohol) and at different times, according to the schedule, soft drinks and ice cream are available directly on the territory of the water park. Alcohol can also be purchased, but for an additional fee. There are a lot of sun beds, there are enough for everyone.
Down the hill. There are not enough slides for adults. There are only three, but they are absolutely cool. It takes your breath away a little bit, but overall 100% fun, there is still one slide for adults that is creepy.... where you fall in free flight 5 meters and did not understand whether with your feet down or with your head.... did not even go to it. There are a lot of towns and slides for kids, a swimming pool with boats, the kids manage the boats themselves. My son is almost 4 years old, delighted. There are small disadvantages: there is only one heated pool, the rest have icy water. The slides do not work all the time, i.e. one of them is necessarily turned off. You have to go to the neighboring hotel (across the street) to eat, although there are restaurants with food on the territory of the water park, but they are only for those tourists who live in the hotel at the water park.
Towels can be taken from the hotel. But we were too lazy to drag, so we rented it at the water park ($ 1 for a towel, + a deposit of $ 2 for a towel, will be refunded upon return).
The staff is unobtrusive, very polite and courteous.

The hotel is good; it's the best for children. There are many slides and pools. The staff is very nice and friendly. The service is 10 out of 10. The numbers are 9.5 out of 10. Rest from December 27 to January 03. The sea is +22, the pool and slides are +26. There are a lot of fish, no coral (small cakes, fish around them). There are two hotels on the territory. We lived in 4 arrivals, which is aqua blue. We could use the territory of 5 stars (except the canteen) strictly until 17.00. The slides are freaky, they are completely different in two hotels. We didn't even have time to ride all of them in 8 days. I got stuck in one, but it was specially done that way (a 5-star hotel, a blue children's slide- but it's scary, it's dark in it and at some point the water flow stops-you won't regret looking). For adrenaline, go to those where there is no one - many are afraid, so it's empty. A child of 11 years old was not allowed only on the komikaze slide, where the floor is removed automatically and the nightmare begins)). The territory of the 4-star hotel is more beautiful and green. Be sure to go boating with gondoliers after dinner (for free as much as you want). From entertainment, table tennis, a large tennis court (it is on the territory of 5 stars, sign up in advance by the pool man), the evening program is fine. Sometimes we watched it.
The food is not very good. Of course, you will not stay hungry, but for 8 days there is the same thing, the same cooked gets boring. Rice, potatoes, chicken are few, there is beef, but it is disassembled quickly, soups are tasteless. There are a lot of vegetables, ordinary fruits are not exotic (orange, apple, banana). There is no grill on the street, there is practically no fish. Ride the slides, eat vegetables and fruits for weight loss - the motto of the hotel.
The sea is close on foot, I even walked alone with a stroller for 8 months. The elevator runs to the beach. The road is busy, but the hotel immediately has a pedestrian crossing. You need to take towels to the sea with you from the hotel, they don't give them out there. The beach is private, this is strictly monitored by security. He carefully looks at the bracelets.
The rooms are good, cleaned every day. In December, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening on the street and in the room. Take it from them, if you didn't take it, then there are many shops to the left of the 4-star hotel. For $ 4, buy a raid into an outlet.
For moms with babies who have moved a little to the common table. The child has nothing to eat there. Mashed potatoes were sometimes exposed and once boiled chicken, vegetables. I took 8 jars for lunch and 8 jars of fruit purees for 8 days. And everything was eaten. I also took the porridge with me.
Important!! This is the first time I have faced such a thorough inspection for departure. We were brought in 4 hours and we did not sit down for all 4 hours. We were groped, shoes were taken off, different pieces of paper were taken over us, women and men separately. In general, who passed the Israeli border, it became similar. Be patient and have water / food)))
I would come back here only because of the slides. The food is bad, the sea is not the first coastline.

An ambiguous opinion about visiting this hotel is both excellent and strange! There are slides and it seems to be a lot, but we didn't ride - the water is cold, there are no people, it's windy and the like! The territory is large, but empty! There is practically no greenery. To get to the beach by bus, which is not very convenient, since it is tied to the bus. I still don't understand what is more in the hotel - pros or cons🙄

I absolutely do not understand the enthusiastic reviews from both compatriots and local people…
The park itself is huge and works at the hotel from 10:00 to 17:00, but other visitors can also enter. There are two tariffs for adults:
1. Entrance + drinks ~ $60 (~5700₽) for two at the rate of 20.04 ~94₽/1$. Drinks include water, sodas and juices
2. Entrance + food and drinks (not much more expensive than the first rate)
Entrance to the water park at the rates is for the entire working day of the park (it turns out, for 7 hours), there are no hourly rates.
The territory is very large, but 80% is reserved for children's slides and swimming pools, there are only 4 adult slides, while one of them (free fall) is designed for adults from 60 to 90 kg, and the second one was closed in the middle of the day for 2 hours – the mentality of the locals, you know🙂 The reason for the closure was explained only by shrugged shoulders and a tired cigarette lit by one of the viewers of this slide, which of all 4 is the most interesting and exciting. No san.no processing or any work was carried out on it during these 2 hours.
The other two slides are similar to each other. They can be ridden by 4 people at once.
There is no simple pool for adults, the maximum pools are up to 110cm, but they are in the children's area.
There are comfortable covered mats for lying down. Sodas and juices are poured in very small volumes, where 2/3 of the 100ml cup is ice.
The staff speaks almost no Russian, English is understood with the same great diligence. For whom it is important – Russian-speaking people and any other people of Slavic origin in the park, except for the two of us – were not there all day. Only Arabs, very, very many people – and all Arabs who absolutely do not observe and do not understand the order on the slides, climbing forward without waiting in line, shouting very loudly and smoking even at the top at the beginning of the slide itself.
The territory itself is clean and well-groomed, herons and other interesting fauna walk.
The toilets are wonderful, with showers, spacious and clean.
We rolled down 3 slides several times until one of them closed. We rode the other two for another hour.
In general, it is a complete disappointment and an unreasonably high cost for 3-4 slides, of which 2 do not really work. It is more suitable for couples with children, it will be very interesting for children, there are a lot of interesting and unusual things for them. Not for young people. It is better to spend this amount on an excursion or a diving trip.
For comparison: in our opinion, any of the water parks in Moscow is hundreds of times better than this Albatross

If you cross the road to the 4* territory, then there are more interesting slides, 3 different zones with similar slides. there is no special extreme, they are allowed with children and up to 120 cm tall on double cheesecakes. everything would be fine if it weren't for the price, it's too high for such a place, because there is a feeling of the uselessness and uselessness of the territory. In fact, 2 children and I rode in a 4-car, but the slides quickly got tired of the monotony. therefore, putting 2 is too boring and expensive, this water park is not worth spending money and time on it.

We visited the water park in early February 2024. The cost for an adult is $ 30 or 900 pounds without lunch, $ 40 or 1200 pounds with lunch. It may be nice here in the summer, but in February, when the wind blows outside, it is not at all comfortable to wallow in cold water. Not many pools are heated.
