I'll start with the fact that we bought a protocol with cream for a 50% discount, and as a result, only 30% was given at the checkout. An unpleasant aftertaste. Next, I didn't like the fact that the saunas started at 17:00 (we arrived at 14 and bought a complex (aqua zone, swimming pool, sauna), but we never got to the sauna (in my opinion, the price should be different if there is no sauna). And in general, it's not bad, slides (4 pcs), a Jacuzzi, a hot pool for kids, hydro massages underwater 2 pcs, a statue and a waterfall. It 's true that it hurts to slide down a high hill - my poor coccyx felt it - once was enough . The on-site cafe is excellent. Everything is very tasty, especially fried sushi.

A wonderful water park. The impressions are only positive. The administrators are attentive. The only drawback: changing clothes, taking a shower, drying hair in the locker room is included in the minutes allotted for entertainment at the water park.

Nice, cozy. The locker rooms are so-so, of course, but these are locker rooms! The aquazone is quite normal. Having fun with the kids is the best thing. I liked that the ticket to the aquazone already includes a spa. The spa is certainly so-so. Steam rooms are ordinary, but for such money it is quite enough for yourself.

We were on Saturday, January 15th, arrived - there was practically no one, it was good. But then the bacchanalia began.
Please tell me why to put swimming lessons for children in a place where people ride down slides. Not only that, the coaches who conduct these classes are boors (an age-old woman who will tear up any child for her swim boards; and a guy of about 25 who conducts individual classes).
Where children swim from the slides, other children swim with coaches. We found a swimming board in a small children's paddling pool, and the child took it for himself to swim, so the coach guy tore it out of his hands with the words that it was his board, and lifted his ward's legs so that the flippers hit the two-year-old in the eye.
There is no question of any comfort for vacationers in this water park.
The only adequate and polite people in the water park are the women who clean the locker rooms.
Put more polite girls at the checkout who can talk about your services without aggression.
The water park itself is normal, the staff is terrible, it's high time to update the staff.
