We are disappointed with the pool even though we always liked to come there because the water is warm. The tiles come off and there are many that are off, including in the children's pool. Last time my toddler hurt herself and her leg was bleeding. This time I accidently cut a piece of my toe in the children's pool when I was playing with her. This is just not safe and they aren't doing anything about it, even though the fees arent low and they must spend money on renovation and improving safety in the place.

Good facilities but the water quality is terrible. The Jacuzzi had turned green once, and sometimes the chlorine (or javel) is so strong that is not easy to breath sometimes. True story: i got fungi and skin irritation after two months of using the pool. I’ve voiced my concern but the quality of water is not consistent at all. 8 out of 10 times I’m not happy and wished I hadn’t signed up for an annual membership. Meanwhile, there’s no liquid soap in the bathrooms so sometimes you smell the underarm spray and ode cologne from the Jacuzzi and pool. Depending on who didn’t wash properly before entering water.
