But there are disadvantages
1. There are no benches in the men's locker room, they are in one place, but in other places they are not.
2. It is forbidden to visit a sauna or hammam with children, wherever it was always possible, it is impossible here, it is strange
3. Deep pool, sports pool - for a fee, although there were in all water parks in Russia, it is included in the ticket price everywhere
4. There is no employee at the water park who takes photos of all visitors, and then you usually buy ready-made photos of magnets at the exit -a convenient thing
5. They don't sell anything in the bar until you put money in the bracelet, in other water parks in Russia, you can buy everything first, they will punch everything into the bracelet that you bought, and at the exit from the water park in the end you can pay for everything, so it's more convenient
I described everything in order for the aquapark to take into account the wishes!!

As they wrote earlier in the reviews , there is a lot of chlorine in the pool , sometimes tea and coffee are not delivered in the rooms , large slides are turned on for a short period of time , the pool needs repair , small pieces of tiles fall off and you can cut your legs , which actually happened to the child ...

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night with children, transfer.
Personally, I concluded that if there is no vital need to swim in the pool, then you do not need to go to the hotel. Far from the airport, the rooms are not the first freshness, there is no breakfast.
The girls at the reception left a good impression.
The room could use instructions for visiting the pool area. Be sure to have a hat and shoes, towels also need to be carried from the room. It is better to find out about this in advance, and not when you are not allowed into the pool. Although the staff is polite, this remark is more for the hotel administration.

There is no elevator, you have to lift/lower large travel suitcases up the stairs;
The air conditioners can't cope, the rooms are very hot, and on floor #3 the air conditioner does not work at all;
The smell of sewage in the bathrooms;
A monotonous breakfast.
One of the advantages is a good gym and an aqua zone

It's a good idea, but the implementation is very strange. Firstly, huge windows are great, of course, but the curtains are only light during the day and a lantern shines from the street all night. That's half the trouble. The second window in the bedroom on the second floor overlooks the indoor water park, where the floors are cleaned with a kercher after 11. Sometime before one o'clock in the morning. And the cherry on the cake in the sauna of the water park (which is exactly under the numbers) something broke during the day and needed to be fixed. When should I do this? Of course, at half past eleven at night. With the work of a hammer or something else, a hammer, etc. When asked directly at the reception desk what it was, the answer was that it was nothing special, just be patient for an hour and everything will be fine. It took 4 (four) trips to the reception, as well as a call to the manager, for the work to stop. In the end, the girl at the reception offered to compensate for the spa procedure, but they could not use it based on their own busy schedule.
Among the advantages: an excellent gym with exercise equipment, included in the accommodation, and a water park. In spring, when the outside of the water park is inaccessible on the street, the inside, to put it mildly, is severely limited. But it exists and is also included in the accommodation.
If your goal is a water park, then this is exactly for you, if you have a rest at night, then I would not advise it.
