In those good old days when there was no pandemic and closed borders, we were happy to go on vacation to this small, cute town and stayed in this wonderful hotel to spend the weekend.
We had a great holiday at the hotel from March 7 to March 9, 2020. It was too crowded when checking in. The room was provided at exactly 14 o'clock. Room XL with a balcony, in a new building. Comfortable, clean. There is a mini-bar and a kettle in the room. The temperature in the minibar is, however, room temperature. We used to stay in standard rooms, they all have balconies. There was also no kettle, although it was a long time ago - in 2016 and it was a big minus in the room equipment, but maybe now all rooms have tea and coffee. The bathing and water center is wonderful. There are many different baths, all worked. The pools are crowded, of course, but it was the weekend. The hotel and the room are clean, everything works. The lighting in the room is clearly not enough, your eyesight can be ruined. TV - Estonian channels, only Ren-TV in Russian. Bathrobes and slippers are provided, as well as towels for visiting the Spa. The breakfast is excellent with a large selection of dishes. The coffee machine makes wonderful coffee. The room of the restaurant where breakfast is served is small for such a large number of guests-jostling and searching for an empty table. The hotel is located in the center of the town, near shopping malls, cafes, and a bus station. The entrance to the fortress is 11 euros, the inspection of it is not worth the money. I consider the prices for hotel accommodation to be clearly overpriced. It's bad that the room reservation is always irrevocable and with 100% prepayment. For holidays and weekends, you need to book very much in advance. It's not good if plans have suddenly changed. In the city of Rakvere itself, except for the fortress, there are no attractions. Only the shopping malls and the Spa at the hotel remain. Those who have not been here should go. We visit here once every 2-3 years, after visiting other Spas in Estonia on holidays, since we live on the border with Estonia. Have a good holiday experience at Aqva Hotel.
Excellent spa hotel in Estonia. He is the best for us. We were not in one. We have been driving for 3 years. Service, cleanliness at a height. The restaurant is good, one minus is not a very large menu. I advise you to visit the fortress and go to the restaurant on Berlin Tower Square for lunch.
Cleanliness in the room. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. I will recommend an incomparable vacation to everyone. Water massage , saunas, sanaria are above all praise. My daughter and I didn't want to leave. I will recommend it. And we will definitely come back ourselves
Kind attitude, delicious cuisine, excellent service!
Very nice pools, lots of hydromassage, 7 saunas, there is a pool outside.
There is everything for a great holiday!)))
An excellent hotel. We were here from 27 to 29.10.2019. The room rate includes access to swimming pools and saunas. The breakfast is the best we've had in hotels. I advise everyone to drive from St. Petersburg for about 6 hours by car, with a visit to the shops.
The first hotel that did not wish a happy birthday:(((
An excellent spa area, especially valuable in winter.
A cool slide and many different saunas, steam rooms
Everything is great, but the air in the rooms is very dry. 32% humidity. A humidifier was brought, the air conditioner was turned off and the humidifier was left to work overnight, the water was completely consumed, but the humidity increased only by a percentage...
A great hotel that is fully consistent with price and quality.
Everything is aimed at rest and relaxation. We have been vacationing since 2010 several times a year
