I got acquainted with this agency very unexpectedly) I went to the TEA store.&COFFEE" in the neighborhood was already so divided that a month later I also bought a tour to Egypt. As it turned out, real professionals are involved in the selection and processing of documents, even from a distance, absolutely all issues that arise were resolved in messengers (very quickly, for which thank you very much). I would like to note the very pleasant atmosphere and responsiveness, we listened to absolutely all the requirements for the tour. We reviewed a lot of different reviews, we had already planned a vacation with our family in advance at a certain hotel, BUT we were offered a tour with almost the same price, but the hotel had better conditions and service. At first they were in doubt, but then they decided to trust Alexander and Olga and did not regret it at all. So I can safely recommend listening, the rest turned out to be unforgettable. We contacted this travel agency on the advice of a friend. My husband and I were suddenly allowed to go on vacation at the same time for two weeks, the budget was very limited, and I really wanted to go on vacation)) Initially, we contacted via Viber (we didn't even have to go), after listening to our wishes, Olga picked up a lot of options in different countries, which even confused us. We stayed at Kobuleti Homey Hotel 3*. It took a day to resolve the issue, today I wrote to them, and the next day we sat in the office processing the documents, and two weeks later we were at sea!! We didn't even think that our thirst for a vacation was feasible)) We had a great rest, everything was well organized, we didn't have to worry about anything at all. THANK you so MUCH!! If we are lucky with our vacations this year, we will come to you again!
