The hotel is clean, the staff is very polite. The food was dietary, lots of fruits, Turkish sweets, fish and meat were often cooked on the outdoor veranda. Special thanks at the reception to Mohamed, who always responded to help. One of the disadvantages is the remoteness of the beach. Very weak Internet connection, or rather it is available only at the reception.
We had a rest at the end of May.
Of the advantages:
1. Nice interior, nice rooms;
2. An acceptable varied diet;
3. Excellent staff;
4. Music by the pool and slides;
5. Great beach.
Minuses:
1. There are no air conditioners in the rooms, there is a ventilation system and when these fans are turned on, there is a terrible smell from the ducts;
2. Noise insulation is terrible, on the one hand there is a road, on the other a dining room, on the third another hotel with animation (it did not work out to sleep);
3. Greens are poorly washed, the greens are all dirty, once there was rotten milk;
4. There is no Wi-Fi, nothing catches in the lobby, you will be left without Internet or for three dollars you can buy Internet for 1 day for 1 person;
5. There is practically no animation for adults and children, older children suffer from idleness, it is necessary to add tables with air hockey, remove tennis tables into the room, add board games, turn on slides in the pool more often;
6. Snacks before lunch and on the beach are just terrible, it is impossible to eat.
Separately, I would like to note the spa, when a person goes to the spa, he goes to relax, and not to listen about crooked pelvises, backs, etc. and that it is urgently necessary to do a course of PROFESSIONAL massage therapists who will fix everything.
The hotel is on a solid C, it's clearly not a 4.
Do not take a tour on a pirate ship, there is no normal animation, 20 minutes will dance with your children and 20 minutes a foam party, an hour of walking around Alanya (instead of the promised 1.5 hours), the remaining 5 hours you will admire the road there and back (I took a similar tour in Egypt, there was a real show with pirates), and they are completely lazy here, they make money on everything, photographers are especially annoying, in fact you will only have a photo shoot from the locals on a pirate ship. ($65 for three people with a child came out)
We also went to the marine park, $ 147 (me and the child), took an excursion from a local tour operator, he sold the same excursion to others for $ 110 (two adults)!! It's all about siphoning off money.
We could have gone to a good five, but decided to save a little bit, as a result, excursions and a spa turned out to be more expensive than a five-star hotel.
We vacationed in Arabella in September 2024.., we liked the hotel and the location, it is more convenient to go to the beach through the underpass of the neighboring Antique hotel. We leave the hotel and go to the right, pass a small market, a bus stop, then there will be a small parking lot on the right, go down, pass by the car to the left and an underground passage on the left, go to the beach of the Antique hotel, go to the right, after parking the boats our beach. Towels are provided free of charge, the exchange is charged $ 1, if you used the paid services of the hammam, then the exchange is free.
The food in the restaurant is normal, there were trout, steaks, lamb kebab, chicken and turkey daily, more than enough for four. We lived in a new building with a view of the pool and the sea, there are two beds in the room, a TV, three Russian channels, bedside tables, cabinets, gel, shampoo, hair conditioner are updated daily in the bathroom.
The staff is polite, no complaints, the tourist assistant Serdar is always on duty, ready to help with any questions and talk)) . I liked the rest, I recommend the hotel.
