However, I lived in an apartment on the top floor, and there were cracks on the curtain walls from the 2015-2016 earthquake. But I also like the courtyard and the greenery in the courtyards. Why not, but 4 zvkzdy is for parking the lowest level, there are no elevators from there and you have to climb stairs with bags. For an LCD in such an area and comfort, I think it would be cool to finish the elevator shaft right away and to the lowest floor. And also the prices for secondary apartments, it feels like you are buying business elite class apartments
