A beautiful and cozy hotel, far from the road, enclosed by a green area. The rooms are clean, the curtains are blackout. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Very nice swimming pool with jacuzzi. The breakfasts and dinners are ordinary, the ice cream is delicious. Of the minuses, it can be noted: a very difficult SPA appointment, some days there is no master, and a gym for show (a couple of treadmills, one simulator for everything and a bench for the press). I would also like to mention the sweetest and kindest dogs that sometimes run through the territory, please feed them if you stay here.

It's boring there's nothing to do at the hotel after dinner on the street on the territory there's nothing there no hammocks no bar on the street to retire in the evening
It is also very boring for children, the entertainment room half does not work! The hotel itself does not organize your leisure time. There is a football field for 7 days there was no one in the hotel. There are no schedules so that people know that football is at 14:00 so that everyone who wants to kick the ball will come out, there is no volleyball court!( for that , there is no one playing billiards covered ! A great hotel, a wonderful pool, food is a gourmet's dream, but ... The vast territory is simply not developed. There's nothing to do... Trips to the cable car and to the "city" are about nothing. Sevan is a half-hour drive away. If there is no desire to do it yourself, then really there are no travel agencies willing to earn money? And yes, if you have your own transport, there is no transfer, and the surrounding taxi services are just tears.

I really like this hotel. The cable car is not far away, parking is convenient, there are many places, the indoor pool is large, the food is very tasty. The sauna department has recently become paid, but it's even better - fewer people.

The hotel is good, but the staff is a bit sloppy, namely the cleaning service.
The pool is also a huge problem. The water is too salty in any of the three pools.

Great hotel! The pool is warm, with a Jacuzzi and saunas. A nice children's room. Breakfasts and dinners are also available for 5+. There is a shuttle service to the lifts, Yandex taxi 150 rubles to the city and the lifts. The rooms are clean and new. There are nuances with Russian and English, not all employees speak.

Everything is great! Mattresses are hard for me, there is no softening topper. This is the only negative. The food is good, the rooms are clean, the service is excellent, close to the slopes (for those who like to ride). Paradise for kids (the game room is 100% equipped with everything possible). The pool is good!

Terrible service, poor food quality, poisoned. Until you get worried, they don't clean well.
Moreover, I signed up for a paid pilling master just did not come and I was offered to wait for her to sit, although before that they said that she allegedly had a complete record. I'm moving out earlier because of such a service, they also think not to return the money for the days when I won't stay.

The hotel itself is 4+, the service is 3. People are trying, but they have not been taught what to do and how to do it. For example, they could not arrange a transfer to the airport for us, since their bus was already reserved. I.e. they could not call an outsider)
